Im so glad it’s Friday, I’ve felt absolutely exhausted this week and not feeling 100% But there is no rest for me this weekend, food tonight and out tomorrow. Sunday chills can’t come quick enough.

As for food this week, been ok tried to pull it back from last weekend.
Had the odd little treat nothing crazy. But I’ll take whatever the scales say tomorrow I had a nice time. Plus out for food tonight, something I’ve never done the night before weighing.

Syn free pork & veg dinner with cauliflower gravy making this syn free.

⭐️Cauliflower Gravy⭐️
>Place cauliflower in a saucepan enough to cover button of pan.

>Fill the pan with water enough to cover the top of cauliflower

>Add one stockpot I like either Chicken or Rich Beef

>Add some herbs and garlic if you >want and seasoning

>Bring to boil and simmer until the cauliflower is cooked (very well cooked/mushy) don’t want hard lumps in your gravy.

>Add one tbs of Marmite

>Then blitz all together I use a hand blender.

>If gravy is too thick add more water also I like colour to my gravy so I add a splash of gravy browning
