Man itโs been a crazy few weeks! I canโt believe all the people that came to check out our new restaurant eatatlalalu! Chef Filippo Di Paola and I had so much fun creating these beautiful, unique and playful dishes. And the ambiance, this atmosphere is one Iโve been dreaming about most my adult life, Iโve always wanted to create a restaurant full of imagination, and one that transports you into another world, and I finally got the opportunity to do it! I couldnโt have imagined in my wildest dreams we could pull this off, only took a year or so ๐๐ but I couldnโt have done it without these two Alan Diamond & Adam Weitsman
๐ค๐ค๐๐ผ & we canโt forget my right hand guy and new VP of operations Al Ferenti whoโs now learned how to build A restaurant, literally ๐ ๐จ. Shelbie Handville our amazing beverage director, girl I canโt wait to get this part operat๏ฟผing, they have no clue what they are in for ๐คฏ๐ฅฐ
We canโt wait for you all to come out and see this beautiful restaurant!

I was 18 and broke with two beautiful daughters in this pic, without a clue of where I was going, but for some reason I knew I was on my way ๐ซ ๐ธ my ride or die then๐ I miss us! ๐ฏโโ๏ธ btw this was taken in the banquet room of Grimadis chop house. We now own the and operate eatatlalalu in that same sister restaurant across the street which I worked for 26 years ago! Itโs just amazing how the stars work! Full circle โจโจโจ so blessed ๐๐ผ๐ค
