Hello Praying Friends!

Some updates lang regarding Zar’s transplant.

Nakapag interview na sila sa HOPE (Human Organ Preservation Effort) nung Sept 19 and we are currently waiting for the schedule ng last interview. We were informed na it will take time dahil madami ngayon nag submit ng application for transplant (which is a goodnews dahil madami ang matransplant soon).

Please pray that we will be able to receive a schedule soon.

Test of patience for us ni Zar dahil super bilis ng work-ups niya but natagalan sa requirements and interviews. But we believe God’s perfect timing.

Praying and claiming he can have his transplant schedule soon

Please continue to pray for him as he still undergo dialysis thrice a week. And soon talagang maclear our na yung onting water sa heart.

Some updates for prayer requests and thanksgiving

1. My sister Charina our donor is done will all the tests needed. We can’t thank her enough for being selfless and generous with her time specially pag need siya dito sa NKTI. Kakatuwa that all her results were all good specially ang kanyang Nuclear GFR and tissue typing.

2. Thank you Lord at maganda ang matching ng donor and recipient. Naiyak talaga ako when I received the news!

3. Sobrang bless kami na ni lead kami ni Lord sa mga mababait na doctors here sa NKTI. Lahat din ng tao dito ay mababait.

4. Please pray for Zar’s 2decho and ultrasound sa heart. Sa last test niya may nakita kasing onti na tubig kaya doctor’s ordered for an every other day dialysis para mahatak talaga. Praying maging clear na para mabigyan na din siya clearance ng Cardio.

5. Please pray for favorable result sa last test for Zar. Which is the PRA. Praying maganda ang result since nakapag blood transfusion siya before.

6. Please help us also pray maging maayos at approve kaminsa Z package ng philhealth this will depend din sa result ng PRA test ni Zar.
Malaking help samin ito since maging less 600k kami sa total cost ng transplant.

Good news, Blizzard is fully recovered from his surgery last July.

We also had our first Zoom meeting with our Nephro from NKTI earlier for the Kidney Transplant process.

Mag start na din si Charina (Donor) ng Phase 1 work ups niya then si Zar afterwards.

Zar has received his biopsy result, and we are overjoyed to share that the mass removed from his left flank is non-cancerous!

We can now focus on the kidney transplant process as soon he is fully recovered from the surgery.

Good afternoon praying friends!

Finally, we were able to get a room for Zar.

Please continue to pray with us. Tomorrow at 7am he will be transferred in the OR for the removal of his mass located in the lower left back. 3-5hrs operation as per last discussion with the doctor.

Yung sarcoma is size of a goft ball but surgeons will remove fist size para sure na makuha lahat.

Please pray for the doctors and nurses who will do the procedure.

For smooth operation.

For Zar’s strength and maka rest siya tonight ng maayos.

Thank you din sa lahat ng nagdonate we were able to secure 10 bags of blood.

For God to strengthen our faith, unite us in His Love and fill us with peace and confidence in His Goodness.

Good morning praying friends!

Magkwento lang sana ako about God’s goodness and perfect timing ❤️

So yesterday when we visited Zar’s nephro he was advised na need niya ng Blood Transfusion kasi bumaba ang hemoglobin niya. We were informed we need 2 bags of blood.

I asked the doctor if need ba na same blood type transfuse kasi iyong mga nagdonate ay ibang blood type and we are not sure if may pamalit na ba na AB+
Yes daw need yun.

We were asked din to do another CBC yesterday para lang macheck if baka naman tumaas na since last week pa yung isa.

For the first time ngayon lang bumaba ng ganun hemoglobin ni Zar eh. Alagang alaga kasi namin yun. I did not question the Lord. I asked the Lord to help us. So ayunnn ito ang sagot.

Thank God ang aga nasend ng result. Tumaas siya! I coordinated and sabi ni Doc need pa din daw transfuse para mas sure na walang maging problema kasi mababa pa din sa borderline.

So eto na! Tumawag ang Sacred Heart Charity Inc! Din ngayong umaga may nahanap daw silang bloodbank and we can go there to pick-up 2 bags of AB+!

Praise God!!!!

Ipick-up lang namin and then we will go to La Salle’s ER dun idialysis si Zar sabay ang blood transfuse. Thank God din at pwede isabay sa dialysis para easier.
