• 3 to 4 lbs pork spare ribs
• 1/4 cup brown sugar
•2 tbsp paprika
• 2 tbsp garlic powder
• 1 tbsp onion powder
• 1 tbsp chili powder
• 1 tbsp cumin
• 1 tsp cayenne pepper
• 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
• 1/4 cup honey
• 1/4 cup ketchup
• 1/4 cup barbecue sauce
• Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 275°F.

2. Mix together the brown sugar, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, chili powder, cumin, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper to make the dry rub.
