Are you curious about the different methods of coffee processing? Two of the most popular methods are natural process and the washed process, wich both affect the taste and quality of your coffee.

The natural process involved drying the coffee beans with intact fruit, allowing sugars and flavors to seep in to the beans. The result in fruity, sweet, complex coffee with a full body and low acidity. On the other process involves removing the fruit form the beans before drying, resulting in the clean and bright coffee with higher acidity and lighter body.
