Every journey towards peace, beings with a single step.

My journey is still an angoing process which I learned to appreciate every moment in it.

I personally think, that the way you think, do your thing, speak to others or act says a lot about your inner work.
You can be a rich man with a kind heart, or a poor man with a selfish intentions. (Here some food for thought)

No worries if you are a "late bloomer", you are still the most unique flower in this universe. ๐Ÿ’ฎ

Padmasana. Lotus Pose.

This posture opens the hips, increases the range of motion of the ankles, improves the focus and concentration and much more ๐Ÿ™ƒ

It counts to be one of best meditation poses and calms mind while preforming it.

This Asana is advanced. It demands flexibility in the groin, hips and legs muscles. If you do this prematurely, you can injure your knees.
Before trying this Asana you should prepare yourself with hip opening exercises and to stretch your legs and glutes muscles.

Very important, be patient.
You should not feel any pain in your joints while doing this Asana.
If you prepered yourself and yet you feel pain in this position, it means, that either your body isn't yet ready for it, or you preforming the Asana not correctly.

Couple of guidelines for this Asana:

๐ŸŸฃ Before you cross your legs, make sure you sit on your sit bones, so you will feel the ground beneath you. That will help you calming the mind. You can place a pillow or a block underneath your buttocks for more support.

๐ŸŸฃ Keep your back straight by keeping the core muscles engaged. (Suck your belly in)

๐ŸŸฃ Keep your shoulders away from your ears, try to relax them as much as possible.

๐ŸŸฃ Your hands can rest on your knees, or hips, or wherever you feel more comfortable.

๐ŸŸฃ Breath deeply. This Asana is great for practicing Pranayama or any other deep breath exercises.

Garudasana. Eagle Pose.

Starches your hips, upper back and shoulders.
Strengthen your core, legs, knees and ankles.
Improve your balance and your digestion.
And much more. I challenge you to give it a try ๐Ÿ™‰

Couple guidelines for this Asana:

๐Ÿฆ‹ Keep your back straight by tucking your tummy in (engaging your core) during this Asana.
That will help you balance yourself more easily.

๐Ÿฆ‹ Keep your gaze in one spot in front of you.
Try not to move your eyes from this point. That is also a great way to improve your balance.

๐Ÿฆ‹ After you crossed your arms, try to bring your arms upwards, so they will be in one line with your shoulders. (Pro Tip- Preper your shoulders with Cow Face Pose/Gomukhasana)

๐Ÿฆ‹ Before crossing your legs, square your hips.
You will feel how your legs are lifted with more ease.

๐Ÿฆ‹ Deep and slow breaths are the key for a successful Asana. Do NOT lock your breath.

๐Ÿฆ‹ If you fall, it's OK.
Try again until you are more comfortable in this pose ๐Ÿค—

This week I'll be giving two Yoga classes in the Englisher Garten.
On Saturday and Sunday at 9:00.

Bring your Yoga mat with you and Yoga blocks if you have.
If you don't have a yoga mat, you could use a big towel or a blanket.

You will benefit from the class more if you don't eat at least 3 hours before the session and drink enough water in the morning.๐Ÿ’ง๐Ÿฅค

Vrksasana. Tree pose.
Great standing pose that demands calmness of the mind and stillness of the body.
Hip opener, strengthens the entire leg that you're standing on and the core muscles.

Some guidelines for this Asana:

๐Ÿ”ธ๏ธBring the sole of you foot anywhere but on the knee to avoid unnecessary pressure on your knee joint.

๐Ÿ”น๏ธKeep your weight carrying knee slightly bent to protect the joint.

๐Ÿ”ธ๏ธEngage your core and leg muscles to balance yourself.

๐Ÿ”น๏ธLengthen your back and bring your pelvic to a neutral position.

๐Ÿ”ธ๏ธDon't forget to breath deeply through the whole Asana.

Friday at 17:00 - in this practice we will focus on strengthen our foundation and welcome stillness into our practice.

On Saturday at 17:00 - the class will be dedicated for the beautiful mothers and there baby's.
In this class we will strengthen the mother-baby bond, creating a playful atmosphere for you and your little one and calming the mind for the weekend ๐Ÿ™ƒ

On Sunday at 9:00 - morning yoga flow that will charge you with good vibes for the entire day.

We are going to start this week with a Yin yoga flow on Monday. We will strengthen and lengthen our body muscles and release any accumulated tension.
you will feel the difference right away after the session.
Each day the class will put emphasis on different body areas.

This week the classes will take place in the English garden ,everyday Mo -Thu 17:30
the class costs 10 euro.

As Humans, we want to show power and strength so others won't take advantage of us.

My thoughts are, we don't have to seek power in order to be strong.
