Minds Over Matter is a movement to erase the stigma around mental illness by sharing ways to deal it.
Mental health, trauma, and addiction are topics that are all too often considered taboo. Minds over matter focus on fighting this taboo and encouraging people to talk about these issues openly so others who may be struggling can realize they're not alone. We aim to provide information for people suffering from mental illness and support for their loved ones.
