Hey Everyone, just a quick check in. It's been really hectic. Hope you're drinking your IASO tea and getting the results your wanting. I've continued to drink mine and my water. I'm down another 10 pounds. Pictures to come soon. Be patient it will all come in time. And don't overthink the process. 😊

Steep It or Shake it! I actually steeped my tea this past week for the first time in a long time. 😁 I prefer the packets. Which one do you prefer?

Just a friendly reminder. Holding myself accountable I haven't eaten the best due to life's ups and downs however I remained consistent with drinking my tea and water and yet I still lost 3 pounds. 🙌🏾 So I'm going to continue on this journey. 😁 Let's get it. Let's go!!
