When we heal, we shine our light a little bit more and it has a huge impact in our life, in our relationships and in the world’s consciousness. Never underestimate the power YOU have … and even a step further in your healing is powerful.

When we are surrounded with toxic people or we’re stuck in difficult situations, we tend to get in a “victim role” and it gets us even more down. To feel free and to release what no longer serves you, you can just take a better look and change your perspective. What if there is another point of view? Maybe you are the light and you have everything to get out of the darkness …. and in this perspective you get in an empowered view of things and it’s when everything starts to change little by little. ✨

Start by meditating a little every day, start journaling and list the good things you have (even the smallest things) and write down your goals, feel gratitude for everything that you have (also even for the smallest things - try to feel gratitude for 10 things each day) and send love to yourself and your life 5 minutes a day.

The problem is that most people don’t take their sixth sense seriously or they didn’t learn how to get in touch with it. Go through the posts and give it a try.
