Tiger Taco
Tiger Tacos simply make packing and unpacking boxes easier, faster and more ergonomic. Great for moving, shipping, and companies who use cardboard boxes. Moving?
Shipping and Receiving Packages? Manufacturing and Distributing? Well then you know all about boxes and how the one bad thing about using them are the flaps ... well we have created something to make your life better!
I love seeing Tiger Tacos in the wild!
I'll tell you what's on my mind (just as soon as I can find it!~)
I keep forgetting to add this photo of the new taco truck .. it has dust on it from it's other duty of hauling back and forth to Portal .. but we can fit a whole pallet inside so that's kind of cool!
I SO don't get Amazon but we are slowly trying to figure out what role having a "Store" on their site plays (especially when they basically make a brand owner remove *.com)
Tiger Taco Box Clips Tiger Taco Box Clips simple make packing and unpacking cardboard boxes and cartons easier by holding down the box flaps. Shipping, Moving and packaging things are faster and more ergonomic when you use Tiger Tacos.

Better Video as it shows the booth better (and I'm not in it being a dork)
This is the same thing, but with a different pov.
New Booth for New Shirts (and more to come)
2018 Arizona International Taco Festival .. the launch for a new line of shirts (not like we're scraching around looking for things to do, but staying creative and making new things is life itself!~) ... you'll notice (or not) the new line of Tiger Tacos (now have a total of seven (7) models ... and no they are not online as I'm busy making shirts! LOL)
Our booth for the International Taco Festival is coming together!
Cont. (last one!~) .. in my defense, we started with Steel Tacos years ago, designed and produced our more affordable (profitable) Plastic Tacos based on them, and then kind of treated them like a red-headed step-child .. I really only continued to carry them because of customers like Nordstrom (and others who I figured liked the Made in the USA) ..
But come to find out there are other, and some significant, reasons to keep working on and improving the original (it seems the ribs on the plastic tacos makes barcode readers go nuts when that's they are incorporated into the line).
So there are also a couple of more reasons we took this "opportunity" to totally step back and start from the start again on the Steel Tacos .. and while I may forever question if we missed or made a mistake, I do expect that our new Tacos to be "perfect".
Did "you" know that in all the years and the many, many, many thousands of orders from major corporations and regular people, we have NEVER had a single taco returned, or customer complaint (aside from me being a dick at times .. seems people don't like an invoice reminder with the subject "Where's My Money Bitch!?!")
Oh, the photo .. it shows how with the colors being able to be called out in the order (and yes that's why I included Pink) that you can do one with Red on one side and Green on the other .. or whatever you little heart desires .. to show pack stage).
Cont. (2nd to last) .. Openings and Angles. It might not seem like much of a thing(s), but Tiger Tacos work based on flex and bite, friction and tension, and our width is as important as our depth .. our tacos are designed to hold the flaps down and NOT mar or damage to box coating and corrugated fluting.
Which is to say, how open the taco is, and at what degrees it is set (and once these Aluminum ones are set it's a "mother" to change them .. I got an email about the "boys" stomping on my tacos .. ouch) makes a difference(s) and so as I'm all being "the customer is always right", it is now an option when you order!
Cont. To show the sizes, as most are familiar with our Plastic Tacos I use one for scale, and here I am also showing two (2) of the custom sizes we make by request only (we can now make just about any size, from any material, you want .. our goal is to have fun with al-a-carte orders).
Top: Big Daddy: 12" wide by ~8"deep; custom; these are used for "Ga***rd" boxes. (and people say Tiger Taco is a horrible product name!~)
Bottom (numbering 1 to 4 from the Left)
1: Baby: 3.5"wide by ~2"deep; custom; I guess small box flaps suck too.
2: Plastic: 5"wide by 3.25"deep
3: 56a52: 5"wide by ~3"deep
4: 68a52: 6"wide by ~4"deep
(The only reason I kept a similar sized Metal Taco (56a52) to our Plastic Taco is because my Beta Testers kept giving me the "wrong" answer of "we like the original size" .. sigh .. what we do to make people happy! I wanted to carry a standard sized one bigger than the Plastic to have a point of difference (vs just "the same thing" for more $$)).
Cont. These are "Bare Tacos" .. they are brushed Aluminum (5052-H32 0.063") and for Clean Room/Lines where any contamination is a no-no.
(Left Taco is 5"wide by ~3"deep and Right Taco is 6"wide by ~4"deep)
Order Up!
We are finally moving our Steel Tiger Tacos back online .. but (the big butt) from now on they are not Steel but Aluminum (and Stainless Steel if you must) .. come in two (2) standard sizes; with options on openings, angles and one or more colors.
More photos to follow .. and no I haven't updated the actual ordering site .. YET!
Big Ass Tacos ... And more rolling out within the next week or so ... Going to be most interesting to see if I can get the new website tweaked in time!
Sometimes we are reminded how what we do doesn't matter when compared to the people we do it with and why.

This is where this should have been posted ... seems "shares" from YouTube and Twitter default to personal/primary pages ... perhaps there's something I'm not seeing!

People and places who just might should think about box-flaps and Tiger Tacos (or not!~)
Really!?! I took such care in putting up some of the logos of some of the funny and cool companies with tacos (in sweet alpha order to feed the OCD in me; but not so much as to make them all the same size) ... and then I clicked some little button and UGH!
