Some Important points for retreatment cases:
Remove the entire old restoration
Clean properly the pulp chamber (remove the core restoration and remaining gutta-percha, if any)
Don’t insert any file or instrument into the old root canal filling unless you clearly expose the canals orifices
Old root canal fillings are removed by; rotary files, hand files, ultrasonic agitation of copious irrigation
The most apical 1-2mm of the root canal fillings are better be removed by hand files not rotary ones.

اهم النصائح بحالات إعادة المعالجة:
قم بإزالة كامل الترميم القديم
قم بتنظيف الحجرة اللبية جيدا من بقايا الترميم والكوتابيركا
لا تقم بإدخال أي مبرد او أداة ضمن حشوة الاقنية الا بعد كشف واضح وكامل لمداخل الاقنية المغطاة بالكوتابيركا
يتم انزع حشوة الاقنية القديمة باستخدام: الروتاري، المبارد اليدوية، رؤوس الالتراسونيك مع الارواء الغزير
اخر ١-٢ مم من حشوة الاقنية (المتوضعة ذرويا) الأفضل ازالتها بالمبارد اليدوية قياس ١٠-١٥ وليس المبارد الالية (الروتاري)

We have been started to publish EEJ at 2016
2017 Acceptance by Web of Science Esci
2018 Acceptance by Scopus
2019 Acceptance by Pubmed Center
2020 Acceptance by Ebsco, Proguest, Tr Dizin Tubitak, Asos and finally Pubmed Medline.
