Your menstrual cycle simplified 🌟🌟🌟💫

💫Your menstrual cycle is the time from the first day of one period to the first day of your next period. So if you have a 28-day cycle, it takes 28 days to get from the beginning of one period to the beginning of the next.

💫The length of the menstrual cycle varies from woman to woman, but the average is to have periods every 28 days. Usually the cycle length has a range of 21 - 40 days.

💫Regular consistent cycles that are longer or shorter than this are normal. As such a person can have a consistently short cycle while others have a consistently long cycle and this is not abnormal.

💫You have irregular periods if the length of your menstrual cycle (the gap between your periods starting) keeps changing. You can keep track of your cycle by tracking the start date on your calendar or using an app✅

💫Using hormonal birth control may also change your length and variation ✅

It's absolutely WRONG to put an iron spoon or any other object for that matter in the mouth of a convulsing person,

🚫It could lead to choking and may even destroy the teeth, gums and other structures in the mouth. 😭

✅Instead, lay the patient on their left side and make sure their tongue isn't obstructing their airway 👌

This habit could be ruining your v*gina! 😢

There's a very dangerous habit which has been associated with pelvic inflammatory disease, bacterial vaginosis, cervical cancer, preterm birth, low birth weight babies and even infertility! 😭

It's known as v*ginal douching!

😫What is douching, you may ask? It’s the act of washing the v*gin* with water or even other fluids and substances to eliminate odours and keep the v*gin* clean.🙄

Needless to say, this is absolutely unnecessary and dangerous. The V*gin* is self cleansing and doesn’t require any cleaning. You can clean around the v***a but never the v*gin*.

Do you itch after a bath? Try this 😀

✨There are several reasons your skin might feel itchy after a bath. The most common cause of this is Dry skin. Itching after a bath could be mild or could be intense enough to cause a lot of discomfort. Here are some steps you could try to relieve the itching.

✨Gently pat your skin dry instead of rubbing it vigorously.

Stop taking long baths with hot water. Try taking shorter baths with warm or cool water.

Moisturize your skin while it’s still damp.

Stop using harsh sponges and scrubs on your skin. Also, stop using soaps that dry out your skin. Instead, go for mild and gentle soaps or cleansers.

If you’re still itching after a bath and you notice rashes or any changes in your skin, you should see a dermatologist as soon as possible.

First Aid boxes are undeniably important✔.
They are useful in cases of emergencies and they have saved many lives🏥.

A first aid box contains things needed to offer aid to a wounded or injured person.

Different first aid boxes may have different contents, but here are some essentials every first aid kit must contain.🏥

✔Plaster
✔Adhesive bandage
✔Gauze pads
✔Methylated spirit
✔Antibiotic ointment
✔Wound cleaning agent
✔Latex gloves
✔Analgesics
✔Tweezers
✔Scissors
✔Triangular bandages
✔Distilled water.
✔A thermometer
✔A first aid guide or manual
✔Resuscitation equipment

The first aid box should also be customized to meet your health needs as well as that of those around you🩸. For example, if you’re asthmatic an inhaler should be in the kit. A diabetic person who experiences hypoglycemia should have a ready source of sugar in the box as well.

Ladies! This is why you might be bald in the next 5 years!😫☹☹

We all have that elderly female relative who can only make certain hairstyles because she’s bald at the front of her scalp. 😆
We even whisper “It’s not my portion” when someone jokingly mentions that you might end up being partially bald like your mum, aunt or grandma.😏

Well, guess what?🥱 That will be your story in the next 5 years if you don’t take the following steps 📝

💇‍♀️ Step one: Stop making hairstyles that are too tight and pull on your scalp. Avoid hairstyles that pull your front hair as well. You should take it out immediately if it feels painful or even uncomfortable.

💇‍♀️Step two: Avoid laying your wigs and frontals directly on your edges. Also, reduce heat applied to your hair through dryers or straighteners.

💇‍Step three: change your hairstyles frequently and avoid using too many gels and edge control on your edges.

Keep your hair clean, moisturized and sealed with oil at all times. Was this useful? 😇Add your tips in the comments section and follow for more!
