The first day of my weight loss journey I took a ton of starting progress pictures! I put on a bunch of different outfits and took front and side photos to keep as motivation and a way to measure progress.
Decided to try this shirt on again today because it always gives me a little extra motivation when I need it! I usually find something new that I havenโt noticed to show my hard work is leading to results! In this picture, I canโt believe the change in the size of my neck! Itโs something I honestly wouldnโt have known if it werenโt for the pics!

One thing that I do NOT miss from before I started my journey was having a puffy face ALL THE TIME.

I weighed myself & took updated progress pics this morning! I was not surprised to see I was 185 again. It made me wonder what my progress pics looked like from the first day I hit 185 back in 2021!
Itโs crazy to compare the last two pictures knowing Iโm the same weight in both! It just helps to remind me that the scale is just a number & I canโt focus too much on it! This just gives me another push of motivation to keep working hard at the gym & continue making nourishing meals!
