HOW MUCH PROTEIN SHOULD YOU TAKE?
The specific amount of protein you require is determined by a variety of factors, including exercise level, age, muscle mass, and overall health.
*For normal healthy adults, the protein you need is 0.8-1 (g) x your body weight (kg).
Let's keep it simple, and try to include at least 1 palm-sized of protein in our meal!
