The goal to create space where once stuck. To appreciate your body and become aware of the mind and the noise it creates. To make peace with who you are and simply love you:))

Let the beauty of what you ❤️love be what you do:)) To a happy blissful weekend to all🧘🏽♀️
A great reminder whenever you practice that yoga is not a competition, think of it more as physical therapy, abandon the competitive mindset or the need to be perfect. Simply enjoy, explore and play in each practice:)) 🧘🏽♀️
Accept yourself, love yourself & keep moving forward, even if it is just baby steps. And if you want to fly, give up what weighs you down and soar🧘🏽♀️
Every pose is different for every individual. Some may find it easy, some may find it challenging. Listening to your body is important, to know how far, deep or intense you want to explore at each practice and to accept what your body can and cannot do. We are different in body types, different in mindset.
But we all can practice mindfully, with an open, accepting & humble heart. And simply be kind to your body & one another. Namaste🧘🏽♀️
“Beautiful is how you feel inside, and it reflects in your eyes. It is not something physical.” Sophia Loren. Wishing all a blissful sunday🧘🏽♀️
After a morning of teaching my yoga sessions, we spend an afternoon visiting a little village called Rheinfelden. A wonderful walk through the vineyards, and the little village where art was hung all over, on house, carparks and buildings. @ Bad Säckingen Bergsee

With open heart, abandon the competitive mindset or the need to be perfect. Practice non violence, be kind to yourself and towards others...🙏🏼
