Hope everyone had a wonderful holiday. I know its been awhile since we posted, took a little social media hiatus 😝. We finished up the Downingtown project in a crazy mad rush and didnt even have time to capture some video of the completed renovation. We did snap a few pics and hopefully will be able to go back soon and capture some final walk thru footage. The transformation is pretty dramatic.

Another before & after transformation from our Lancaster flip! We brightened the kitchen with new flooring, backsplash, and light fixtures ✨

Excited to share our latest flip is under contract. Wahooo. Thanks again to all those that helped out especially to Ben Esh for getting under contract. On to the next one. Stayed tuned 😎!!

Its Done!! Went live yesterday. All I can say is whew. Major props to Kate Huffman Sehon. She was a rock star during this custom renovation. Her vision and design for this home was amazing. What was more amazing was the amount of passion, care and effort she put into this house. Also a big shout out to Nate B for all his help. Finally, thanks to Emily King for the amazing staging and to Abigail Rose Photos for the stunning photos.

We just closed on our next flip yesterday. Big thanks to Ben Esh for all his help. Looking forward to seeing this one get a full Reboot 😎. Its a 2177 sq/ft 5 bed 1 bath twin on the E side of Lancaster and was built in 1910. Its the one on the right in the picture below. Definitely some ‘Must See TV’ on the way.

Big thanks to Jon Jon for all his advice and suggestions on refinishing these floors. Pictures dont do them justice. Kate did an amazing job with the finish!!

Lancaster Flip Update. Our kitchen transformation with Retro Flooring Here is a little update on our 4th flip and what we did in the kitchen. Then inns are coming along nicely. Learning a lot as well.

So much flooring. Rigid Vinyl Plank Install. We are trying to finish off the 2nd and 3 rd floors our our flip. Powering through some LVP today.

Built a box beam out mushroom wood to cover the LVL support beam.
