Today is a “ping-pong” weekend! I preach at our Bettendorf campus at 9AM, at our Rock Island campus at 10AM, and back to Bettendorf at 11AM! I love ping-pong weekends…as long as I don’t get a speeding ticket driving between campus, then all will be good!
Watch Beyond the Sermon!
I'm so excited to be starting a new sermon series this coming weekend at Heritage Church! Come join us as we talk about the God of Miracles!! Bettendorf Campus @ 9AM and 11AM, Rock Island Campus @ 10AM!
"The way we honor God with our hands, matters. The way we honor God with our feet, matters. The way we honor God with our eyes, our ears, our tongues, our thoughts, it all matters. What we say, what we do, where we go, what we watch, what we listen to – all these things matter because our bodies have been redeemed and the Holy Spirit lives inside the temple of our body." - Pastor Bryan
"God doesn’t always tell us in advance when and where He is going to do something new in our lives, and when we find ourselves in that position, we can either curse God or trust God. And if we will trust in God’s good and perfect plans and timing, then our faith in God will deepen, and we will learn to trust Him like we have never trusted Him before. " - Pastor Bryan
"If you are a follower of Jesus, if you have asked Jesus into your heart to be the Lord and Savior of your life, then you need to stop living in your past. Stop holding on to your past mistakes. Stop holding on to your past sins. Stop living in the past, instead, live in light of the cross." - Pastor Bryan
"Our repentance is a way to draw closer to God, and it’s a way to tear down the towers that stand between the righteousness of God and the sin separating us from His goodness. When we repent, God miraculously moves. Through repentance, God reminds us that He is greater than sin, and He is strong enough to carry our sins to the depths of the sea." - Bryan Savage
"If you have a problem with people being different, then your problem is not with people, your problem is with God." - Pastor Bryan
"Becoming a Christian does not prevent you from being tempted or sinning against God; as followers of Christ, we are still prone to sin, which means we are still in need of God’s everlasting grace." - Pastor Bryan Savage
Why should I praise God when all hell is breaking loose in my life? Why should I offer God a sacrifice of praise when nothing seems to be going right in my life?
Noah and his family went through the single door of the ark and found salvation from the flood. Like Noah and his family, we too must walk through a single door - the door of Christ and Christ alone - to find salvation and eternal life!
In Noah's day, sin and depravity had consumed human beings. But what about today? Is there anything we can learn from the story of Noah that we can apply to our lives today?
Let’s talk about the life of Noah! Come join me today at Greenville Community Church at 9:30AM or 11AM!
Do you struggle with being impatient? What is God trying to teach us in seasons of waiting?
I start a new series this coming weekend at Greenville Community Church! We are going through the life of Noah! It's going to be awesome! Hope to see you each Sunday at 9:30AM or 11:00AM!
"Failure does not make you a failure. Failure only happens when you refuse to get up, dust yourself off, and try again!" - Pastor Bryan
