Good evening, Batch 2019-2020!

We understand that many of you have expressed concerns regarding the status of our Yearbook, and we share your frustration. We want to assure you that we are actively addressing the situation, although our current options are limited due to the unresponsiveness of Onefine Picture Dumaguete.

In light of this, we would like to suggest a few options to help resolve the issue:

- Continued communication: Despite the lack of response thus far, we encourage you to persist in contacting Onefine Picture Dumaguete. Reach out to them again, expressing your concerns and seeking an update on the status of the Yearbook.

- In-person visit: If Onefine Picture Dumaguete has a physical office, it might be worth considering a visit.

- Contacting these people: Shezanne Acibron and Raffy Gallogo Luberanes, who have both worked with Onefine in the past. They are also former NORSU students. However, please note that we have been unsuccessful in obtaining a response from them thus far. Nonetheless, it might still be worth trying to reach out to them directly to seek assistance or information regarding the Yearbook.

We genuinely understand your eagerness to receive the Yearbook and share in your disappointment over the delays. Please rest assured that we, the Yearbook Committee, are fully committed to resolving this matter and ensuring that you receive the Yearbook you have eagerly anticipated.

Good day fellow NORSUNIANS! We understand that many of you have been waiting for the release of our batch's yearbook for a very long time, and we want to apologize for the delay. As the Yearbook Committee for the batch 2019-2020, we would like to explain the reasons for the delay and what we have been doing to finally publish it as soon as possible.

There were several factors that contributed to the delay of the yearbook. We faced several unexpected challenges during the creation of the yearbook, which caused significant delays. The COVID-19 pandemic disrupted the original plans that may adjust the timeline. The OneFine Pictures had to postpone many of their planned activities and events, including photoshoots, layout designs, and printing schedules.

We faced difficulties coordinating with the printing company we contracted with, as they were unable to deliver the final product on time due to unforeseen circumstances on their end. We've been trying to reach the printing company but they were unable to respond.

Back in July last year, we keep on requesting the printing company to provide us with a dummy book to review and approve before the final printing process. This is a common practice in the printing industry and is done to ensure that the final product meets the client's specifications and expectations. However, despite our request, we did not receive the dummy book until December, which caused significant delays in the production of the yearbook.

We already gave them the latest update of the errors of the first dummy book including the given soft copy of the layout. We planned to review and approve the dummy book much earlier in the year, so we could make any necessary changes before the final printing process.

Furthermore, we hope to coordinate closely with OneFine Pictures to ensure that all necessary inputs are provided and that the final product meets our standards. We have communicated our concerns to them and we hope that they will respond to us and assure us that they will do their best to comply and deliver the final product on time.

We are hopeful that we will be able to release the yearbook this year, but we also want to ensure that the final product is of the highest quality. As such, we are taking all necessary steps to review and approve the final product before it is printed and distributed to our batch.

We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work towards the completion of this project. We assure you that we are doing everything we can to ensure that the yearbook is released as soon as possible without compromising its quality.

Onefine Pictures will be back at Bayawan City distributing your CRYSTAL FRAME, HARD COPIES AND SOFT COPIES again. We will be staying at CANAMAQUE HOTEL located at Peping Gamo St. Brgy. Tinago Bayawan City. They will be there from Thursday(1:00pm Sept. 2,2021) to Sunday (12:00 nn Sept. 5,2021)

Upon claiming your frames please observe proper health protocol, please wear your facemask and faceshield. Also do not forget to bring your respective forms, flashdrive and/or phone cord for your soft copies.

We are giving you until the MAY 7, 2021 to claim your package before we will move to another campus. All unclaimed package shall be returned back to the main studio in Cebu. Those who will claim after the schedule shall pay the shipping fee to their destination with corresponding charges from the courier.
