We create timelines based off of YOUR needs and goals.
This is but a snapshot, yet a very important piece. Without clarity and planning in your routine, you are missing an ESSENTIAL piece of the puzzle.
Consistent action creates consistent results.
Do you have a consistent daily routine? Most people don't and it greatly impacts the results they see in their training...not to mention other aspects in life as well!
Take a gut check and ask yourself if your routine is creating consistent results for you.
