-Previously: A stunned tower's internal fire rate cooldown would pause
-Now: While a tower is stunned, their internal fire rate cooldown would tick up, so that when the stun wears off, if there is a valid target nearby and if their fire rate cooldown is complete, they will fire immediately.
-Improved the way timers are handled for the core systems that handles movement for projectiles and enemies, as well as key buffs (Slow, Skittish, Stun)
-Improved the way calculations are handled for the core systems that handle enemy movement and damage calculations
-To combat first time user issues, the button for 'Let's Go' appears automatically if you already have save data, and the big button with your progress bar will also act as a 'Let's Go' button if clicked.
-Enemies with the Regeneration power will regenerate only up to their maxHP. While the logic for regeneration was already capping the heal to an enemy's maxHealth, this display change should help to prevent any confusion about enemies 'overhealing'.
