What an amazing contributor to the Empowering Minds Together Conference!

Retro - Speaker Highlight

Adrianne Wright LMHC presented a powerful session on "Remaining Culturally Conscious in an “Unconscious” World"

Adrianne’s passion and commitment to mental health education is evidenced in her mental health vlog, “The Latrice Release”, monthly articles in her neighborhood association newsletter, and facilitating community-wide “table talks” that provide a safe place to express issues, receive free psychoeducation and obtain coping skills for common mental health concerns. Using diversity as her back-drop, Adrianne is dedicated to using her over ten years of experience-coupled with her knowledge of Adlerian principles to focus on treating the entire individual.

I wish I would have taken pictures today, but the Empowering Minds Together 2024 Conference was a smash!
The attendees, speakers, volunteers, and ACPL Downtown staff were all amazing! Good, no, GREAT things are going to happen because of the people who came to share, learn, and create bridges.
