Here’s what may be my last sticker sheet design (ever, or at least for a while!) 🥹🥹🥹

I’ve been getting really into travel journaling, and since I’m closing my shop to move countries, I thought it would only be fitting to create a travel related sheet! It’s very simple and functional, which is actually really what my shop was all about, at its core :) I wanted to create stickers that made planning and journaling fun, but also easy and time-manageable. I will have to make a bunch of these and keep them with me while I’m away, since I’m planning to explore as much of Europe as possible while I’m in the UK!

This sheet will be available tomorrow, which is also when my shop moving sale starts!! Mainly my stationery will be heavily discounted as I’d like to get rid of as much stock as I possibly can before I leave!

I’m moving to Oxford for my PhD!

If you’ve been following me since my early days, you’d know that I actually ran my shop while I was starting my Master’s in 2020, and all the way through my graduation a year later in 2021. It was tough at times but I’m so grateful for this community and this shop for giving me a wholesome space away from my academics🥺 im beyond grateful for every single one of you, and for those who’ve supported me since the beginning (you know who you are!)

As excited as I am for my new start, this move means that I’ll have to close my shop unfortunately. I will still be active on here and will continue posting my journaling/planning spreads, but my shopify and Etsy will be closed (I won’t be selling anything!). 👉 before I move however, I will be having a sale on my site to get rid of my inventory, specifically my washi tape and memo pads, and to make a little extra $$ to fund my move since the UK/Oxford is expensive asf lol. I will also be releasing one more sheet…feels crazy to say that this may be my last sheet ever 🥺 it’s not that special, just a simple travel related one, but I thought it’d be a fitting end :)

I move in exactly 16 days, so the sale will start this Saturday, the 10th, and end next Wednesday (5 days, not a very long time!!!) then the shop is closed 😭😭😭😭😭😭

I don’t normally do spreads like this but I had just started using my TN so I was over excited and wanted any excuse to make some cute pages 😅 I had also just came back from vacation so needed to get my life back in order (i.e., to get organized and work on a research proposal for a scholarship op).
Did I really need to make this if I already have all these notes in digital form? No, but was it fun and like super cute? Of course 🤣

I want to start creating and posting different kinds of spreads like this, in addition to my planning spreads :) I reeeeaally want to start journaling about the books I read bc I feel like that would be so so fun! And I like I normally forget what I read immediately after I finish a book so hopefully this will get me reflecting more and being more engaged!

Also finally got my hands on the brass clip and she’s gorgeous

Say hello to my new travellers notebook (one of two 🫣) !!

If you’ve been following my stories, you might know that I recently got my hands on a travellers notebook for the first time and let me tell you, I freaking love this thing 😭 I loved the original so much I had to run back and get the passport size too 😩

I totally understand the hype now. At first I was really excited about the practicality of having such a versatile and customizable notebook, but now I’m like it’s the leather scent and MD paper for me 😍😂 It also gives me 19th century scholar working by candlelight vibes so like 🫶

So far ive been really liking having blank pages for some reason. I am preferring it over grid paper! Also this size I realized is perfect for me - I like a longer, thinner notebook, just like the hobonichi weeks. Typical bujos (not sure the official sizes) are too square(?) for me lol like I struggle filling space across the page, rather than down the page if that makes sense.

Anyway, all in all ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️/5 would recommend to everyone. The only thing is it’s pricey af, especially in Canada (and if u get it shipped, etc) but since you only really change out the refills, I feel like, longer term, it’s a cheaper and more sustainable option. I need one of each refill tho lol.

Can’t believe we’re at the end of June already 😭

Dropped the ball on the bujo cover pages but I have a new journal coming in that I can’t wait to share with y’all 👀 going to be journaling a lot more now!

I’ve also been focusing a lot more on my research work since I’m on a bit of a time crunch with those 😞 so less time to focus on shop stuff buuut I promise new things are coming soon! Just slowly 😂😅

❗️reminder that my shop closes tonight, and will probably only open later in June! I will try to open in end of May if possible but that might be hard….

➡️ thought it was time to finally share where I’m headed! I’ll be going to London 🇬🇧 this weekend, which will be my first intl trip pre-🦠!! And a week after I get back I’ll be omw to Vancouver 🏔 which, fun fact, used to be my hometown 😌 lots of travel happening this year, and I’m so excited!

I know spring technically started in March, but Toronto has only just started warming up (instead of snowing and raining and being in the negative degrees) so I think it’s still appropriate to release a spring themed sheet 😂

❓Which sticker on the sheet is your favourite?
- The windows have cut outs inside so it makes it the perfect layering sticker! That would be my fave :)

First full digital illustration! Never had the courage to really commit to finishing a full on illustrated piece like this, until now! I suddenly had this idea of a girl with 3 corgis and I knew I had to execute 😂

Looking at it now, I can already see areas that I could change and improve but that’s what we’re all about here 😎 (growth… not constant self-criticism and perfectionism… I think 😗😅🙃)

Feels also a little scary posting content outside of my regular stuff!! But I hope you guys like it!!!!!! Let me know your thoughts!! 💐 hoping to turn this into a print or sticker in my shop!

It’s starting to feel like spring here 🦋🌸

Haven’t been journaling as much these days since I got my hobonichi weeks! Trying to keep it as minimal and purely functional as possible. So here’s an old old spread :)

Just mailed off some shop orders! So if you ordered last week you should expect your goodies this/next week depending on your location :)) sorry I’ve been a bit slow on the packing and shipping, there’s a LOT of stuff going on right now lol so be patient with me 😅😊

On an unrelated note, I’ve been doing lots of sketches these days in ink with my new fountain pen I got for my birthday :) I haven’t shared them here since I want them to be more for myself and not worry about how my sketches look on social media haha. But it’s been really fun, since ink is also a fairly new medium for me. Hoping to do more iPad illustrations though and post them here! I keep saying I’m working on it but haven’t done a new iPad drawing in ages HAHA.

So happy with how my April cover page turned out!!! I used my Vol 1 Sketch Series sticker sheet as the main statement pieces and I think the colours actually worked well with the other washi and things I laid down!

So cool seeing everyone else’s cover pages too! I don’t know how we’re already 1/4th of the way through 2022 but somehow, we are…

This might be a good time to note that you might see some changes in my account - primarily, I want to start posting more illustration stuff! And you might see some new products like more die cut stickers and prints instead of sticker sheets :) I feel like I’m in a big area of growth right now with my art and I can’t wait to explore new things (and mediums too… I need to start painting again!) ❤️✨
