Canadian art in isolation continues in partnership with Agnes Etherington  Art Gallery. We’re leading workshops with families to make art in response to seniors’ stories . If you’d like to be involved, interview a senior in your life and submit their answers to [email protected] by March 15th and we’ll mail you a hand made postcard based on their answers. Suggested questions are as follows: 1. How are you feeling 2. What gives you a sense of peace or pleasure? 3. What’s a favourite memory you’d like to share ? 4. What is something you want to share with the next generation or advice you’d give to your younger self ? 5. Share a song you love

Hello!
We are looking for participation in an upcoming art project that focuses on examining the quality of life in care. For the past few months, we’ve been collecting art for residents of LTC homes, and now we want to shift our focus and learn and share more about people’s experiences in care through archiving photos and descriptions of their rooms and objects of personal significance.

Through the collection of images and stories, we aim to generate a compelling visualization that recounts seniors’ experience in Canadian long-term care facilities.

If you or your loved one in care would like to contribute to the project, please review and fill out the form below. This can be done by residents, loved ones, or together.

For questions or comments, please email us at [email protected]. To learn more about Canadian Art in Isolation, please visit https://cdnartinisolation.webflow.io/.
