* 1 bananaโฃ
* 1/2 cup (125ml) gluten-free rolled oatsโฃ
* 1/2 cup (80ml) almond milkโฃ
* 1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powderโฃ
* 1 tbsp chia seedsโฃ
* 1 tbsp coconut yogurtโฃ
* 1 tbsp maple syrupโฃ
* 1 tsp vanilla extractโฃ
* Toppings (optional, but recommended): cashew butter (or another nut butter), hazelnuts, dark chocolate, and coconut flakesโฃ
Slice the banana in half. Mash one half and combine it with all oatmeal ingredients. Keep in the fridge at least 20 minutes or overnight. Cut lengthwise the second half of the banana and press it against the inner side of the jar. Fill the jar with the oatmeal and add your toppings. Enjoy! ๐Ÿ’ซ
