* 1 bananaโฃ
* 1/2 cup (125ml) gluten-free rolled oatsโฃ
* 1/2 cup (80ml) almond milkโฃ
* 1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powderโฃ
* 1 tbsp chia seedsโฃ
* 1 tbsp coconut yogurtโฃ
* 1 tbsp maple syrupโฃ
* 1 tsp vanilla extractโฃ
* Toppings (optional, but recommended): cashew butter (or another nut butter), hazelnuts, dark chocolate, and coconut flakesโฃ
Slice the banana in half. Mash one half and combine it with all oatmeal ingredients. Keep in the fridge at least 20 minutes or overnight. Cut lengthwise the second half of the banana and press it against the inner side of the jar. Fill the jar with the oatmeal and add your toppings. Enjoy! ๐ซ
