Match Report
Bruce Arms started well and we're creating chances but struggling to break the deadlock, that was until Cain Dow made the tackle in midfield and drove forward slipping in Lee Morrison who made a great run to lose his man. Morrison's first touch was good and his second was even better as he hit his strike across the keeper and expertly found the bottom corner.
East Dock Bar counter with a ball over the top, keeper McGuinness gets a hand to it but the striker done enough to find the net.
Half Time 1-1
Morrison at the double! Church-Michael picks up the ball in the middle of the park and plays a through ball between the defenders for Morrison to run onto and comfortable beat the goalie in a 1v1 again.
Cain Dow plays a freekick deep to the back post and Stephen Hutchinson is on hand to bring it down and beat the goalie finding the bottom corner to score on his debut off the bench.
Thompson gets on the end of a Callum McKinnon long throw and chips the goalie from the penalty spot to make it 4-1 for Bruce Arms.

There was only 18 seconds on the clock when Blair Campbell Scored the first after a great through ball from Brandon Curtis.
After a good period of possession Stuart Mcintyre releases Lee Morrison who makes no mistake with his half volley finish finding the far corner making it 2-0 Bruce after 15 mins.
It's brilliant wing play from Jay Thompson who cuts inside and unselfishly rolls it across the box to Campbell who with 2 defenders and a goalkeeper in his way takes his time and picks his spot giving Bruce a 3 goal lead.
Halftime 3-0 Bruce Arms
WOW! Cain Dow beats a few players and plays a through ball to Jay Thompson, with all the time in the world to take a touch and drive towards goal for a 1 on 1 with the keeper, Thompson decides instead to hit it first time from 30 yards out after seeing the keeper off his line. Another clean sheet for Keeper Daniel Mcguinness (Sponsored by Hardie Race Promotions) who's had a brilliant start to the season, a quieter game today but constantly alert and focused and always comfortable to play out from the back. Maybe just get studs next time so you can stay on your feet after goal kicks😆.
Today's Match Report in full.
After 4 weeks of trying to play our East of Scotland Cup tie, we finally beat the weather (just) in Kinglassie this morning.
With a big squad to choose from, the manager had decisions to make and none more so the starting 11 for todays game.
With the trusty 433 in action today we started fast and it was on 7 minutes when Cain Dow opened the scoring with a strike from outside the box.
A strong first 30 minutes but lacking quality in front of goal, that was until Cameron found Campbell who controlled the ball, turning and beating two men before curling the ball into the bottom corners from the edge of the box leaving the keeper with no chance.
After having a goal from a corner chalked off for an apparent push 2 mins earlier Church-Michael lost his man again in the box and headed home a beautiful Dow corner at the back post to increase the lead to 3.
Campbell has his second of the game, a good run from Jay Thompson ends up with the ball at Campbells feet on the edge of the box, with not much time to do anything else he swings his size 18 big toe at it and rifles it into the top corner from 18 yard line.
HALFTIME 4-0 BRUCE ARMS
Campbell got his first Bruce Arms Hatrick and one that's been coming for a while. Dow plays an dangerous ball into the box, the defender does enough to get something on it but Campbell was there to sniff out the chance and rolled it past the keeper to secure the Hatrick.
On the 55th minute mark the finger wag finally came out as Jack Thompson gets his first for the club.
Receiving the pass from his brother Jay, Thompson took a touch and let rip from 25 yards across the keep and into the corner of the net.
The skipper then made it 7 when he broke free and found himself in behind the Kinglassie back line, as the keeper tried to anticipate the cutback but Curtis fired home at the empty front post to notch another tally on his goal scoring chart for the season.
After a great cross in from Mcleod, Dow heads in back across goal to Thompson who has an easy tap in to make it 8.
Bruce Arms add then added a 9th, Church-Michael is released down the left hand side and he squares it across the box to Morrison off the bench to slam it home from close range.
Bruce Arms were awarded a penalty after a mix up in the box with the Kinglassie defender appearing to fall on the ball, Morrison managed to get a hold of it and was subsequently brought down to win a penalty.
Up steps Dow who as usual makes no mistake and sends the keeper the wrong way.
The scoring was rounded off when Holgate took a quick throw in and found Church-Michael free with space outside the box. He floats in a ball over the defence to find Walker in yards of space who takes and touch and pokes it past the goalie to make it 11.
FULL TIME Kinglassie 0-11 Bruce Arms
A strong, relentless and clinical Bruce Arms team sealed their place in the next round of the East of Scotland Cup setting up a trip over the bridge next Sunday as we travel to Peffermill to take on LEAFA Side Edinburgh Caledonian in the 2nd round.
