Happy Monday everyone! For the last few weeks have been trying to figure out our pivot point after Washington passed the assault weapons ban. There is no news currently of the lawsuits that have been filed in WA, still waiting on those.

With that being said, some of our followers may know that we have had our own products in the process for a while now. It has been something we knew we would eventually move into completely and move away from the retail side of other fi****ms. Under the Washington assault weapons ban, you can only sell the fi****ms on that list to OUT OF state customers IF you manufacturer them. So, over the weekend we have made a major shift and are making a hard push to get our own line of products to the civilian market.

Stay tuned over the next couple weeks for teasers and more information as we work on a solid date to introduce everything. During the next couple of weeks, we will also be having a few giveaways so make sure to keep an eye out for that!

It is with deep regret, but effective immediately we will no longer be accepting ANY orders. Any order placed will be canceled. We have to navigate and change what we are able to sell including to out of state residents outside of Washington. While we 100% disagree with these laws that were signed today, we must abide by them. We hope that it will be a short time until we are accepting orders again for items not impacted by these unconstitutional laws. We also hope that those laws will be overturned quickly by the courts.

We will continue to provide updates on our company as well as the lawsuits that were filed immediately while Inslee was signing. Please remember this time during the next election. Let your vote be your voice and show them we will not stand for this.

With the stroke of King Inslee's pen.

It is confirmed. King Inslee will sign HB 1240 at his 10am signing tomorrow morning April 25th. Immediately upon his signature this will go into effect and ban "assault" weapons. This includes semi automatic rifles, most semi automatic shotguns, pistols with a threaded barrel, and a bunch of other BS.

Lawsuits will be filed within hours of his signature. So there is roughly 19 hours left for Washingtonians to exercise their constitutional rights. We will give more updates as we get them.

So it looks like Washingtonians can execute their rights for AT LEAST one more day.

House Bill 1240 did not make it on to the Governors signing today. It could possibly happen tomorrow, but rumors are early next week. He does have 20 days to sign it into law though. He is definitely going to sign it, it's just a matter of when at this point. There will definitely be lawsuits filed immediately following his signature. No matter what though, King Inslee and his goons will continue to try to turn Washington State into a communist state.

IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT!!

Around roughly 3pm PST our glorious King Inslee will sign the most unconstitutional "assault weapons" ban into law. As soon as his stroke of the pen happens, we will cease ALL orders on our website. You will still be able to place orders, but we will cancel them. This is not something we take lightly and do not want to do, but we need to figure out what exactly we can and can't sell, this includes to people out of state. While we firmly believe this law is completely unconstitutional, we have to abide by it. Failure to do so would result in our business being shut down.

There is several lawsuits that will be filed immediately following the enactment of this law. As we hear updates we will share them.

HB 1240 has officially passed everything. Governor has a press conference scheduled at 2:30 PM tomorrow. It will be signed and in law by 3:00pm tomorrow

Washington State Senate has passed 1240 the Assault Weapons Ban. It is now headed back to the House for a revote due to an ammendment.

This will ban all semi automatic rifles, most semi automatic shotguns, and a lot of pistols. This is no for the good of the people, this is to completely disarm Washington Residents. It is not for the safety. If it was, they would not have passed a bill to limit the punishment for crimes committed with a firearm.

Lawsuits will be filed immediately following Inslee's signature on this. Due to an emergency clause, this will give into effect the minute Inslee signs it. You have about a week, maybe two tops before this goes into effect. Get everything you want now as it will be a little bit before this gets overturned!

Washington State Senate will vote on 1240 Assault Weapons Ban today. It is pretty much a guarantee pass and then it will go back to the house for a vote again as it has an ammendment now.

Washington passed the mandatory 10 day waiting period and a permit to purchase ALL fi****ms yesterday. This will go into effect January 2024.

Now is the time to get what you may want for a while. Support your local shops, don't shop at big box stores, they will just ship their product out of state and keep on selling. Local gun shops will be impacted by this, stuck with hundreds/thousands of dollars in inventory and not able to move it.

Washington's House of Representatives just passed HB-1240 with a vote of 55-42. This now moves to the senate where it is guaranteed to pass.

HB-1240 bans semi automatic rifles and their components effectively immediately when our King signs it into law. This law means if you are stuck in the 10 day waiting period when he signs it, you will NOT be able to pickup that firearm. If you have any form 1/form 4s for SBRs pending, they will be automatically denied. Your bolt carrier group for your AR15 is bad, you won't be able to order a new one. Want a muzzle break for that 10/22 of yours, you won't be able to order one.

This law is completely unconstitutional and is denying law abiding citizens the right to own a lawful firearm. When people say they aren't going to take your guns, hell yes they are.

If there is anything you thought about getting, now is the time to get it. Don't wait. Make sure to support your local gun shops, they are the ones who are going to be impacted by this. Big box stores don't care and will just ship their product to another state.
