We had someone local reach out to us following all the storm damage. He inquired about having something made from the giant elm tree that came down, which is really cool.

It’s not something we often think about but rather how quickly we can get the tree removed.

So can LNH Crafting help turn your tree into something memorable and amazing?

The short answer is yes!!

The long answer is that we would need to check out the downed tree as we did in this instance or even connect with the arborist to cut and save quality pieces. We then would have to coordinate the milling and kiln drying process.

We recently finished up this custom restoration project—

A family heirloom white oak table to match existing furniture. Our goal was to maintain as much of the original character and hardware as possible, which we were able to do.

In addition, we built a new leaf to give more space for family gatherings around their table. 😊

The restoration and transformation is looking 👀 real good so far! 🤩

There’s a difference between restoring old furniture and just giving it a face lift, this is restoring. Everything comes off and gets attention.

I know it seems we’ve been quiet, but we’re still working. Just under the radar because life gets hectic sometimes and we get caught up. 😉

New bookshelf almost complete. Playing around with some new finishes/paint techniques. Shame these were my best hand cut dovetails and you can’t even see them through the paint.

Capacity for up to 6 fly reels of varying arbor sizes. Each individual slot creates separation for safe storage. The garage door has a magnetic closure, providing easy viewing and accessibility for the angler.

We were asked to build a custom live edge gun rack. got the design juices flowing and created this beauty.

Kind of a neat story behind it…the slabs are from a cherry tree that came down in a storm at a gun club, so it was very fitting. It turned out gorgeous.

Pictured is an old Stanley No. 5 hand plane with a broken handle. Rather than toss it aside or throw it away, built a beautiful new handle and restored it back to pristine working condition.
