We even got to spend the day exploring Delaware and New Jersey.
We didn't see much of NJ because there's just not much on the NJ/DE line. But we will go back at some point to see Atlantic City 🎉 and Seaside Heights ⛱️
Wilmington, DE is nice and cute 😍 the river walk was enjoyable. I don't think we would make a trip back to Delaware unless someone recommended a place other than Wilmington.
Overall, 10/10 between the 3.

Im telling you that being prepared is key 🔑
Vacations, day trip, or just everyday life.
When we go on vacation, i still work out, so i bring my pre and post workout (pic 1), putting it into the small bags helps save so much space. I often get asked about how i handle going on vacation or out of town. Well, I dont stop just because it's a vacation or we are somewhere new. Nopeee.
The next 2 pictures are just showing us out and about still staying on track.
The rest are things we took on one of our vacations. The sandwiches were completely homemade - high protein bagels with meat and eggs that had veggies cooked in them!
The last 2 are pretty similar to the sammichs but easier and less prep 😂. Meat/veggies/egg wraps 😋

Part 5 - St. Louis (July 2022) LAST ONE

Forest Park is pictures 1-3. There was so much to see and do at this park. It was so relaxing stopping and seeing all the things. (Make sure you check out Clementines after you leave Forest Park, so good and dog ice cream 🐶). We didn't get to explore it as much as we wanted because we waited until the evening and went downtown right after to watch the fireworks. It was SO hot the week we were there.
The 5-7 pictures are from Laumeier Sculpture Park! This was another really great place. Between all the sculptures and hiking trails, we loved it! We could have spent the whole day there! Dozer decided to get in the water to cool off, and that boy hates water, so that's how you know it was hot out, lol.
