We are close to finalizing the new housing that we are developing on Ohio Street in Hilliard. These new mobile homes are 3 bedrooms and 2 baths - around 920 sq ft - we will be adding 178 sq ft with front and backdoor porching that will begin next week. We also expect the power hook up to happen and the plumbing connection to happen. The rental for healthcare workers will be $1475/month which will include the lawn care, maint services/ support and free WIFI and security cameras. We still have to install the concrete parking pads, driveway entrance and side walks along with bahai sod and the fencing. - Welcome to DAYSPRING GARDENS of Hilliard!
