I call this one coyote creek. Coyote spine laying on a bed of moss. Morel mushroom, alder cones and golden snails. I wish I could shrink myself and curl up in these bones ✨ I might add a little bug crawling out of the front vertebrae. Let’s see if I can find a cool beetle…

Been keeping busy this week! The green one is a commission on a hat somebody already owned & loved (yep, I’ll adorn YOUR hat!) and the blue one the first commission I ever took. We did all our design talk through messages and I hope I brought their dreams to life. The brown one is single and ready to mingle ✨

Swipe to see the previous version of this design… the cannabis leaf I adhered to this hat was not aging well, so I decided to give it makeover! New feathers, different alder cones and a different morel to match the new cones. It feels like this hat shifted seasons as well. From a bright spring to a cozy fall 🍁 I love this journey for it 😋

Turkey feathers, lady ferns, maple samaras, a beautiful motel (morchella snyderi, I believe) darn redwood cones, and spruce tips. The moss, moth, and fiddle heads I do not know the species of, but they are definitely worth mentioning. I’ve collected these things for years and I can remember the exact spot I found all of these. Little trinkets I’ve stuck in my pockets. Offerings from our Mother Earth. Things that brought me joy and now I want to share that with you ✨ cones

Mermaid vibes on this one. I wish I would’ve snagged a video before she sold. Super sparkly and so fun to make. Limpet shell from our trip the beach the other day. Maple samaras. Celosia. Dune buckwheat. Fiddlehead. Various dried mushrooms and lots of love. Thank you everyone who has supported me so far!!! So happy to see these atop some beautiful heads.

Southern Oregon Special ✨ Morel, lavender and cannabis. If only I had fit a miniature bottle of wine. A little bottle of bubbly would match these colors pretty well 🥂

I may have been singing Day Old Blues by the Kings of Leon while making this and I think it came through a bit.

Loving these colors together 😊 I planted some salmon colored dahlia tubers the other day and I am dreaming of creating with them. I think they’d be such a lovely compliment to this hat.

Spooky ooky

My favorite one yet. Ive never offered my work to anyone else, really. Ive made my mom a few drawings, but other than that I keep it to myself. The thought of letting all these go is honestly scary! I made these! With my heart! It’s little pieces of it and they’re just gonna be floating around the world. Gettin tossed in back seats and onto river rocks lol I hope y’all cherish them 🤗 I know they’ll be having fun!! Hopefully they make it to some festivals this summer. Chin strap included for all the dancin you can do 🤠
