🚨 STOP SCROLLING! You NEED this recipe in your life! CHICKEN BACON RANCH CHAFFLE CHEESE BREAD (Chaffle = cheese waffle) This low carb recipe will be your new go to easy meal! Make sure to SAVE for later Ingredients: 1 cup diced chicken 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese 3 eggs 2 tsp baking powder 1 Tbsp ranch seasoning 1/4 cup diced onion 1/3 cup bacon crumbles Mix all until combined. Add a scoop to mini waffle iron and cook 4 minutes each. Makes 8-10 chaffles Arrange chaffles on a cookie sheet and top with more shredded mozzarella. Broil until bubbly. Bang bang chicken skewers are so good!! This was so easy but so delicious! Recipe ⤵️ Bang Bang Sauce: * 1/2 cup Mayo * 3 Tbsp Thai Chili Sauce * 2 Tbsp Sriracha (adjust as needed) Cooking: * Thinly slice your chicken breast into even strips * Season it with the following: 1.5 tsp garlic powder, 1/2 tsp black pepper, 1/2 tsp chili powder, 1/2 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp onion powder, 1/2 tsp paprika, 2-3 tbsp olive oil * Place chicken on a wooden skewer and then into the air fryer at 400° for 20 minutes, flipping 1/2 way (time might change depending on air fryer) * While your chicken cooks, make your bang bang sauce and then once your chicken is done, brush the sauce onto the chicken and these are ready to serve! * This was seriously so good! You have to try this one. 🐷3 lb Pork shoulder cut into 2” x 2” by 1/4” squares (think super thin and bite-size) 🍢Black and white sesame seeds 🍢 Chives (did not realize chives are a vegetable) Marinade up to 4lbs: 🍢1/2 cup Gochujang, fermented red pepper paste 🍢6 tablespoons soy sauce 🍢2 tablespoons rice wine vinegar 🍢4 tablespoons brown sugar 🍢2 tablespoons garlic powder 🍢2 teaspoons black pepper 🍢2 teaspoons ginger powder 🍢1 teaspoon sesame oil 🍢Kimchi Mayo: Recipe to follow! 🍢Skewers (soaked for at least 1 hour) Instructions: 1. Mix all marinade ingredients in a large bowl, reserve 1/3 of a cup for brushing the meat sticks as they sizzle. 2. Breakdown, pork shoulder into thin strips, and toss in the large bowl of marinade. Marinate for 2 to 4 hours. 3. Thread the pieces of meat onto skewers, and grill over direct heat. About three minutes per side. 4.
