Teeth whitening can last up to 3-6 months, but it all depends on how you maintain it. Your diet and your oral hygiene have a lot to do with it but keep in mind that everyone is different! Touch ups are definitely worth it to help maintain your teeth white.🦷
A really big & helpful tip to keep in mind always is if you’re drinking anything with dye (Coffee, soda, wine, pre workout, agua de Jamaica, etc.) do so with a straw to avoid it touching your teeth & always rinse once you are done. This will lessen the chances of getting more stains on your teeth and be able to have longer lasting results from your teeth whitening sessions.✨
