how does one deal with depression fatigue and unwellness?
here's some life experiences that may help!
one wants to know about what things one can take to aid with depression. what supplements, what things one can swallow to help....
what avout things you dont swallow? find out all foods you are allergic to or sensitive to by an "elimination rotation diet". then avoid these things like the plague for a few yeaars until one starts to heal up. this worked for me with severe fatigue and accompanying emotions.
also critical was getting my stomach acid up by taking betaine HCL supplement. but that was specific to my digestive duress/ dysbiosis / candida overgrowth. that and Keifer really turned my life around undoubtedly. all good things follow.
and as for cheering up. im sure you know chocolate does that. i used chocolate for years to mask my sadness symptoms, and it worked. but it is not sustainable.....:: 3 years of intense chocolate/ cacao overuse later, i have broken that addiction and am now, by the blessed gift of my bodies heart-gut, finally beginning to heal my adrenals and replenish my warm salty lake of my kidneys. which had become a dried up salt marsh because of my abuse ((our whole culture is based, at the primary foundational level, with an overuse/abuse of stimulants.) if one wants a way to sustainably stay happy, one must go through the crucible of eliminating all stimulants like SUGAR, and CAFFEINE, from the diet. witnessing and feeling all of the addictive / craving sensations, and all the suffering they cause as they leave the body for good...
then real healing can commence....
wow looks like you got some awesome support going on in this ^ embroidery (much more than a thread)....on the herbal level some things that have synchronistically found me with their energizing and life inspiring properties are: rosemary tea (especially the stems) and sauerkraut, which both give bursts of enthusiastic energy and dancing and clarity!

As some of you may know we have been looking for a new place and other people interested in collaborating with the Sacred Embodiment Center. We have been in the process of setting up a non-profit organization. We have enjoyed our location at 41 Carolina lane, but due to due to inadequacies with the space, we need a new place to operate out of. We are moving out of our current location at the end of January and wanted to inform the community in case anyone wants to host an event before we close. We will put everything in storage in hopes of finding a new location soon. In the meantime, it has been an honor and a privilege and a challenge to serve the community in this way and hope to continue in the future. With the once-again reincarnation of the SEC, my personal involvement will be more limited as I am in the process of applying to graduate school and hope to start next fall and have some other projects in the works.
I leave you with a highlight of one of our events of this past year: our Valentine's Day Potluck, where everyone who walked in and out the door was told "We love you".. it was one of the most beautiful and transformative experiences and I encourage people to try it. In the spirit of that event "We Love you!"

We are a Spiritual & Social Consciousness experiment; a community center hosting events & classes which honor our sacred in-body-meant here on earth. Everyone is welcome to teach, & we provide our local network of open-minded folks with invitations to practice human "soft" technologies which empower us to live with awareness, breath, song, acceptance, dance, catharsis, wisdom, & peace. We are a hub for receiving and enacting positive cultural growth.
Our bold offerings form a comprehensive education for a new paradigm; a compassionate communication where we embody lifeways which nourish and balance. The height of our achievement are space-times of group harmony, acceptance, & ecstatic union such as our Love-Inns, HeartSongs, Yoga Grief-Ceremony, Angel walk, Vibrational EFT, Toning for Peace & Conscious Language Mastery.
Since January, we have operated as a complete gift to the community. Born from our hearts, we jumped in. Few know it, but our center has created community gain through our financial loss. The need in our community for connectivity and awareness demanded we fearlessly step into our offering.
Going into our second year, we are empowering our community center to be sustainable in is mission of gifting culture with wholistic lifeways. Through partnership with skilled groups in our community, we are expanding our business to include: a certified kitchen, an organic lounge, healing treatment rooms, community gardens, our event space & a fair-trade retail space.
