TASMANIAN CANINE ASSOCIATION INC REGISTERED BREEDERS
The Tasmanian Canine Association Inc advises that our members, who are breeders, are bound by our Code of Behaviour and Ethics that only permits a bitch to whelp 2 litters in any given 18 month period with a maximum of 6 litters in a lifetime.

In addition to these conditions first generation (father/daughter, mother/son and brother/sister) matings are not permitted and any bitch over the age of eight years must have a veterinary certificate dated prior to the mating that states that the bitch is in good health and able to whelp a litter.

Our breeders are required to quote their membership number on any advertisements for the sale of puppies. Anyone considering purchasing a puppy should contact the TCA Inc office on 6272-9443 to confirm the identity of any person advertising TCA Inc registered puppies.

It's Cracker Night tonight, and while fireworks are a lot of fun for us humans, many of our pets find them terrifying. So make sure your fences and gates are safe and secure, but even better if you can keep your pets inside with you. Put on some music or the TV to mask the sound, and remember that treats and cuddles will make them feel much better and will not reinforce the fear. Treats and cuddles are always a good thing!

Dallas loves carrots and on Christmas Day searches the backyard for any carrots the reindeers may have dropped, plays with his presents, has a trip to the dog park and a nanny nap after a big lunch! He will be getting a special Christmas dinner and extra snuggles this Christmas.
