I see banana bread in our next couple days. Specifically chocolate chip banana bread. Lots of ripe bananas ready to become a yummy bread.

Boy this Covid does a number on your tastebuds. Nothing really taste good yet. Tonight I finally enjoyed a burger. Still a bit weird in flavor but better. Hope our replayed thanksgiving dinner tomorrow much better.

Not a bad dinner for being sick. Sadly my tastebuds messed up so as much as the stuffing gravy mashed potatoes my favorite each year I found the yams to be the best this year. I’ll enjoy much better in a couple days when I can taste all.

Ugly Christmas sweaters popular again this year. Both these were winners. Received one request for one. Mike will not part with these 2. I’ll have to see what I can come up with. Do have one sweater to design into one ugly sweater.

I made this tree skirt in 1971 redid it in 2021. I remember it being spread out in the living room for months so I could work on when time permitted. It was a huge project. I recently passed it on to my daughter. Hope it makes it to another generation. It’s in great shape for being 50 years old. I still love it.

HELPFUL TIP
So my friend came across this helpful tip while putting her grand daughters hair in a ponytail.
Here it is:
She’s been working with lots of ribbon and looking for a way to hold the remaining ribbon on the reel. She realized that a thin ponytail holder stretches over the reel easily holds ribbon in place until needed and you can buy a bag of them fairly cheap. I’ve been using tape to hold ribbon in place, but I love this idea. I’m doing it. Thanks Alice.
