Long time no smoothie bowl, perfect for this weather 🥵
-frozen banana, frozen strawberries,frozen blueberries, scoop of spirulina, pb powder, honey and almond milk. Then topped with museli, more blueberries, chia seeds and honey 🍓🍌🫐
My new obsession 👉 yogurt w/ sweet potatoes 😍 so good with honey, pb, and chia seeds
Blueberry + banana baked oatmeal!! 10/10 highly recommend trying out! 💥
Mix together 👇
1/2 cup oats
1/3 of milk of choice
1/2 mashed banana
1 T of flaxseed meal
1 T of maple syrup
1 teaspoon of baking powder
**after all mixed, fold in a handful of blueberries. Add mixture to oven safe dish 👉 I topped with more blueberries and banana slices. Bake in oven at 375 for 20 minutes 😎
Not your typical eggos waffle 🤪 No but in all seriousness the multigrain toaster waffles sooo good!
👉topped them with natural pb, banana, honey and chia seeds 💥

-Throw in the blender 👇
-1 handful of blueberries
-1 frozen banana
Lemon juice (I squeezed a fresh lemon, lemon juice from a bottle is probably fine)
-Splash of almond milk

👉 frozen pineapple, banana, mint extract, tons of spinach, and oat milk ⚡️
Been wanting to try making sweet potato toast for forever now 🤪 finally had the chance to try it today!! 10/10 recommend trying out ✨
1.) Started out with slicing a sweet potato in thin slices, placed on baking sheet in oven at 375 for 45 minutes
2.) let cool and top with any toppings 🥳 I used pb and added fruit. Plan to try it again but with avocado and eggs!!
Summer chickpea salad! So light and refreshing 😋
1 can of chickpeas
1/2 cup of cherry tomatoes
1/2 cup of baby cucumbers chopped
1/4 cup of red onion
1/3 cup of feta cheese
Dressing:
-3 Tablespoon of olive oil
-1 Tablespoon of apple cider vinegar
Garlic powder, pepper, salt, and oregano
Vanilla coffee overnight oats ☕️ 🤩
Here’s how to make ⬇️
1/2 cup of rolled oats
3/4 cup of milk
2 T of cold/iced coffee
2 t of maple syrup
Splash of vanilla extract
1 t of chia seeds
** mix all together in container/jar and store in refrigerator overnight!
I topped my oats with banana, chocolate chips, and coconut flakes!
