The Administration and The Executive Government of West Aitape Rural LLG sincerely convey our heartfelt condolences to the Wife, Dependants and Extended Families of Late Peter Mona ....Ward Member of Kaiye Karandu who passed away last week at Raihu District Hospital. His nature of death is yet to be established.
We share with you the family members this moment of sorrow at the untimely death of The Father, Husband, Relative, Friend and Our Ward Member.
May he have eternal peace in Heaven.

Delivering Fuel for work on WARLLG Site, Health Post and Barera portion of the road.

Happenings of today which Will go down the history books of WARLLG and general public to show case the agreement between LOs and the State.
People from 2 communities, Warapu and Ramo unanimously agreed to hand over the land for Government Services.
So stage 2 is completed.

This portion of land is revisited and confirmed as marked land to establish WARLLG onestop service center.
It was revisited on this date by LLG Officers with the presence of community leaders from Ramo and Warapu

This page is created to inform friends and citizens of WARLLG that according to the OPLLGA the LLG Leaders have resolved to establish the LLG Seat of Assembly to it's home of Origin.

Also to invite comments and suggestions plus critiques from public to keep us in the right direction to establishing a conducive environment for service delivery for the populace.

It was a milestone achievement for the 40,000 plus people of West Aitape when their Elected Representatives voted infavor to relocate the seat of assembly to Pora in Warapu on 4th of June 2020. The decision came about at the LlG Assembly Meeting held at SIL Center at Arop on the same date witnessed by the Aitape Lumi District Administrator- Mr. Allan Kango
