We all live our lives for something, a vision, a project or even more.

I have never seen a reason to vote in all the previous elections.

WHAT ABOUT YOU?

I visited two orphanages today.
At orphanage A
The environment was clean, the admin office was well furnished, the kids clothes were worn out, the kids had rashes on their hands, the kids had care givers, they looked scared,they were not open to other activities outside receiving food stuffs and items, they were religious and hopeful of tomorrow.
Thus looked like a business firm to me, profits and more..........

At orphanage B
The environment was clean, they didn't have an admin office, the kids clothes were clean, the kids looked like siblings about 20 of them, they had a bond, a coded language, they were open to activities outside food and items, they are learning skills.

So i asked - can they be adopted and the answer was No.

It feels like a new year.

I'm giving out my old clothes- making new ones.

Changing my activities

Changing my thought patterns

Increasing my productivity

UNDERSTANDING SONSHIP AND HOW TO HANDLE DIFFICULT PROTEGES
A protege is someone under tutolage. He is someone being guided, trained and supported by another that is more experienced and informed. He could be referred to as a son, mentee, a disciple, a successor, a trainee, a servant, worker. Generally, a protege is someone that is under another with the purpose of learning for better performance.

❖ Sons
It is very important to know that in ministry, sons could be different from mentees. As a head, having people under you that are undergoing one training or the other doesn't automatically make them your sons. Paul says, in Galatians 4:19;
Galatians 4:19
"My little children, for whom I labor in birth again until Christ is formed in you"
Paul the apostle began to explain from the above scripture who spiritual sons are. He likened it to the physical experience of giving birth. Someone becomes your spiritual child when God uses you to form Christ in him. This is not an easy process just thesame way it's not an easy process in the physical. Formation of Christ in a man is a journey that's why Paul says "I labour in birth again..." Take note of that word "again", meaning it's not a one time process also another word there to consider is "labour" because it is a work.
That word "again" that appeared in that verse, connotes that there are lots of failure in the process but he refused to quit until the goal which is to see Christ formed in that person was achieved. Some supposedly spiritual fathers have not really passed through this labour of forming Christ in another, yet they accord themselves the office of a spiritual father. The above understanding will help you to know who your spiritual children are.
