Întâlnire de proiect “Wellbeing at Kinder” Atena 20.02.2024-01.03.2024 pentru stabilirea următoarelor activități din cadrul proiectului și organizarea activităților ce urmează să fie implementate în grădinițe.
From 6 to 11 October, the first training activity of the Erasmus + "Wellbeing in Kinder" project will take place in Kombornia, Poland, with the aim of providing teachers, nursery school caregivers and staff with the tools they all need in terms of
mental wellbeing and psychological resilience in their important and challenging role in early education.
Throughout the first days of activities, key concepts such as non-violent communication, positive psychology or cognitive psychology and self regulation were addressed by partners from Poland, Romania and Cyprus.
In the remaining days partners from Italy and Greece will also introduce concepts such as mindfulness and contact with nature and how they can be applied by teachers to build well-being in kindergarten activities.
