It was early in the pandemic and my family was pretty much trapped inside our apartment 25/7 in NYC. Schools closed. Gyms closed. Parks closed. Everything closed.

To pass the time and keep our creative juices flowing, my daughters (Hope & Makena) and I started making videos. We called them Kid Breaks. We did gymnastics. We played games. We did fashion shows (this was my favorite!) We made cookies. And we of course did yoga.

One day the girls invented SINGALONG YOGA. Where one person sings and the others do yoga. It was an instant hit. This was one of our first Singalong Yoga Videos. Makena sings. Hope does the yoga.
