Busy weekdays? Here's a quick, delicious fix from : Roasted Pork Loin. It's a breeze to prep and a big crowd-pleaser. Get tasty leftovers, too! Check out the recipe below.
Roasted Pork Loin: serves 6-7 people
Ingredients:
Open Prairie®️ Natural* Pork loin (4-5 lb)
1 Tbsp each: olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika
Directions:
Drizzle pork with olive oil, sprinkle spices.
Place in a baking dish, fat side up.
Roast at 400°F for 10 minutes.
Reduce to 350°F and cook 20 minutes per lb, until internal temp reaches 145-150°F.
Rest for 10 to 15 minutes, slice, serve with roasted veggies.
Roasted Vegetables:
Chop potatoes, carrots, sweet potatoes, garlic and turnips.
Season with salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder.
Drizzle with olive oil.
Cook in an air fryer at 200°F for 15 to 20 minutes.

Enjoy one last pork dish of the year with ’s pork shoulder – because every year deserves a delicious finale. 🍽️✨
INGREDIENTS (12-15 servings):
1 package Open Prairie® Natural* Boneless Pork Shoulder (about 6 lb)
2 Tbsp oil
Dry Rub
1 Tbsp onion powder
1 Tbsp garlic powder
1 Tbsp salt
1 Tbsp brown sugar
2 tsp hot chili powder
2 tsp paprika
2 tsp cumin
2 tsp coriander
2 tsp black pepper
Method
1. Trim excess fat and drizzle with oil.
2. Mix dry rub and apply to all sides of the shoulder.
3. Place pork in roasting pan and cover with parchment paper then aluminum foil.
4. Place the pan in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, but preferably overnight.
5. Place the pan on the countertop for about 30 minutes to bring the meat to room temperature for even cooking.
6. Place the roasting pan in preheated oven at 325 degrees Fahrenheit.
7. Cook about 5 hours or until internal temperature registers 200 degrees Fahrenheit.
8. Keep it covered and rest 10 minutes.
9. Place the pork shoulder on a serving plate and shred with forks.
10. Serve pulled pork with rice or vegetables, make a sandwich or tacos. Enjoy.

Ingredients: 3 servings

1 pc Open Prairie® Pork tenderloin

Olive oil for brushing and searing

1/4 tsp each thyme & rosemary

1/4 tsp garlic powder

1 lemon zest

Salt, black pepper



Directions:

Season Pork: Add olive oil to tenderloin with spray or brush and season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, thyme, rosemary and lemon zest.

Searing: Add 2 Tbsp olive oil into an oven safe pan, heat it and sear tenderloin for better flavor development, all sides, about total 5 minutes.

Oven Roasting: Preheat the oven to 400°F and roast about 15 minutes. When the internal temperature reaches 145°F, it’s ready to serve.

Resting: Like any other meat, rest for 10 minutes to keep all juice inside before slicing and serving. During roasting, it will develop flavorful juice you can spoon over sliced tenderloin.

Slice into 1“ pieces and serve with air-fried potatoes, peppers, onions and zucchini.
