Dare I say forget peanut butter and chocolate? Chocolate and raspberry is SO good! Dark chocolate cake filled with a border of raspberry frosting then a layer of raspberry jam and chocolate mousse. Topped with more mousse and fresh raspberries. 6” 3 layer.

Tried some new things for these hockey cupcakes… homemade marshmallow fondant toppers and edible marker (hockey sticks). I love how they came out! Vanilla cupcakes with cream cheese frosting. Decorated with a mix of the team numbers, hockey sticks and stars.
