Highlights from our school ambassador program this past season 😍

Player ambassadors from our first team met with numerous schools across the region to inspire change, talk about life as a footballer, and of course have a good kick around ☺️

In total we met with over 350 youth across middle and elementary schools in King County this past summer 🙌

Thank you to our generous donors whose support goes directly to programming, such as this, and allows our players to represent the club so well 🤝🧡

Our CLR Academy is in full swing this summer 🙌

Led by and Coach , we are once again providing free programming every Saturday 10am - 12pm in White Center for youth.

In partnership with our youth receive sports training, learn leadership skills, and have access to healthy snacks and drinks throughout the program - all summer long.

All are welcome and we hope to see you soon! 💛🙏

We proudly served 78 campers from a wide range of neighborhoods and backgrounds across King County — all at no cost to them — as all of our Foundation programming is free for youth, and always will be.

Wow!!! Since our Foundation began two year ago we’ve been continually blown away by the generosity we’ve received from those in our community who believe in our mission. 👊

And no one in our story has had a bigger influence than Tommy Patrick and his partners at the and . This past year’s event was another amazing success and will provide funding for our work and grants in the community for years to come! 🙏

Thank you for all your work to pull together an amazing event last fall and support us in such a direct and meaningful way. From the entire board at the BFC Foundation, we’ve already begun work to increase our community programs and direct grants to lift up our neighborhood and community and this amazing gift will power that work to another level in 2024 ❤️⚽️🎊

We’re thrilled to announce our partnership with Family First Community Center, located in in the Cascade/Benson Hill neighborhood. Together, we’ll provide weekly ⚽️ clinics for teens all fall long and promote our shared core values of growth-mindset, leadership, integrity, and fun!

While on our playoff push last month in Michigan we got an unexpected surprise — we were able to meet with the originators of CLR Academy and participate in a day of programming! 🙌

It was an inspiring day and one we’ll never forget.

We’re honored to partner with Justin, Jamall, and the whole team to bring free, holistic youth programming to both our regions.

Thank you guys again for having us out - we can’t wait to return the favor soon with and our whole Seattle crew ❤️✊

Thank you to the YMCA of Greater Seattle and Tina Vincent for their partnership this summer. We had a blast putting on clinics all around the area the last few months! 🤩⚽️🫶

Well we said we’d be posting highlights from the summer, but then our first team just wouldn’t stop winning — going all the way to the USL2 Final and taking home the 🏆!

A massive congratulations to our coaches and players on an incredible achievement. Everyone at the Foundation and our community partners are so proud of you 🥹

Also, through our playoff run, we were still putting on camps and clinics, which we’re excited to share in short order. But first we thought y’all might like to have a taste of what the last few weeks have been like on and off the pitch ☺️⚽️

It’s been an amazing summer with ⚽️ camps and clinics in full swing!

We’ll be taking a look back at some highlights so far over the next week, starting off with an incredible Pride Night hosted by the club and foundation.

The day featured a training and kick around led by our friends at Rain City Soccer Club and included our coaches, players, staff, and Ballard Youth Soccer. We then capped the evening off celebrating our partnership with Cultures United in a great match enjoyed by all at Interbay.

It was a magical night - thank you to all who joined! 💫🏳️‍🌈🏳️‍⚧️⚽️

You and 19 friends will watch a 2023 Ballard FC home match from our VIP suite with snacks and drinks, join our broadcast team live to help commentate in front of thousands of viewers, receive a pre-game "chalk talk" from BFC's Head Coach and get a VIP merch package to cheer in style

Renowned seattle artist just released the Ballard FC x Dozfy 3rd kit for the 2023 BFC season. Dozfy will be live-painting on Dec. 14th at our event and you will receive this painting as well as a signed Dozfy x BFC 2023 kit.

TOMORROW - bring your used and new soccer gear to during the USA/Iran World Cup Watch Party to support our friends at . Quick drop off is 100% okay but how much more fun would it be to stick around for the big match??

We couldn’t be prouder to work closely with Seattle’s other amazing local soccer club as our key Foundation partner in 2022-23 … if you haven’t heard of them you need to go check out what Sebastian, his coaches and players are doing down in West Seattle and White Center. // Sebastian Diaz on the BFCF partnership: “At Cultures United Football Club we are very appreciative of the efforts of the Ballard FC Foundation to help us create a positive impact in our community using the sport. An example is the beautiful work that just started this Fall 2022 at White Center Heights Elementary School. This is a place that desperately needed our collaboration in order to bring a healthy and safe after school soccer program to life! We are now serving over a hundred kids weekly and the waitlist only keeps growing.”

The Ballard FC Foundation is the social impact arm of , Seattle’s USL League Two soccer club. The Foundation serves as the strategic umbrella for all community work undertaken by the club both during the season and throughout the year, focused on free soccer camps and clinics in Western Washington as well as an innovative multi-sport academy model focused on holistic youth wellness.
