From getting surprised with my first cruise last year for our anniversary to going on our third one together the beginning of this month with our babies… cruising does the soul good.

✨PAUNI FAMILY CRUISE 2023✨

Did a family cruise with our kids this past week and they loved it so much. Now they ask us everyday when we are going back on the ship. We have 3 under the age of 5 & let me tell you it was exhausting….. but so worth it. Our babies talk about it everyday and will tell anyone who will listen how much fun they had.

If you are debating on taking the trip or in this case the cruise with your kids… here’s your sign to do so. Don’t worry about whether the kids will remember your vacations —because you will. You will remember the laughs and smiles your children shared with everyone, you will remember the love that was felt on the trip. Yes they are young but these vacations are opening them to the world and these forgettable moments are still changing them.

We’ve been a little MIA lately & it’s been due to us focusing on college/graduation. Soni just graduated this past week and we couldn’t be more proud.

Do your research before going to your destination, especially if it’s your first time there.

Researching places you travel to is so easy to do and will be beneficial before your trip. A lot of the places we’ve been going to recently have been NEW places to us… so we love doing our research. To keep our selves (especially our babies) safe, going to restaurants where we won’t waste money because we know the food is good, not wasting time traveling to different place because we will have a small itinerary, looking for hotels near places we want to visit and so much more.

✨ IT’S TRAVEL TIP TUESDAY YALL✨

(This is a big one when traveling outside the US but not limited to…)

STAY UPDATED ON GUIDELINES AND RESTRICTIONS!!!

Some countries, hotels/resorts, airports and whatnot require different requirements when going to that certain place. Such as Covid tests, vaccination cards, paperwork to be done before entering… it all just depends on where you are going.

There has been plenty of times we see where people don’t read the guidelines and restrictions for certain places and then end up wasting time and money going there only to be sent back or pay a certain fee for it to be done. Just stay up to date and research beforehand so that you don’t get surprised.

There are times when things are out of our control when making travel plans. For instance, weather is unpredictable when booking months out in advance, maintenance issues for planes/trains/ships happen. For many it’s an inconvenience, but to these companies providing these services it is a SAFETY ISSUE for their passengers. So be gracious and be flexible in these cases.

It will be easier to identify bags if they are lost at any point of your trip. If you don’t have a luggage tag or your a tag is ripped off in the process, this will definitely help identify the bags.

While traveling with kids, take a stroller or wagon everywhere! You can take it thru tsa and to your gate and have it checked in there with a pink tag. You might think you don’t need it because they can walk, but you will.

We see so many people having to carry their kids thru airports and everywhere else because they check it in at the lobby or they don’t bring one. We took our oldest on a day trip and he needed to be carried because we thought he wouldn’t need it since he can walk… yeah, never again. Your babies will need it.
