We completed a facelift over in Mckinney, removed the existing plaster and replaced it with aqua blue mini pebble, we also rebuilt the spa spillway. It needed to be rebuilt due to excessive leaking. We also removed all of the coping and reset it.

We have finished up with a Pavilion project that we have been building in Richardson Texas at a retirement community. The property owners commissioned us to build them a pavilion that they could use all year round. We installed heaters and fans along with recessed lighting and an outdoor kitchen with two 34” natural gas bbq. This structure is able to withstand all the elements that Texas has to offer for many many years to come.

We finished up a nice spa remodel over in Frisco for one of our clients. This pool and spa in particular had a product called Eco finish installed in it which had failed overtime and the customer had a large leak in the spillway of the spa. We started by removing and replacing all the waterline tile and rebuilt the spa spillway out of large travertine slabs giving it a nice clean look. We removed all the Eco finish and replaced it with midnight blue quartz.

We have made great progress on a complete remodel and spa addition in Frisco Tx. After countless meetings with the city, who did not want us to give us a permit to add the spa we were finally granted the go ahead. 2 weeks after Gunite and we are ready for plaster. Next week will be Deck Overlay and some ground cover for the flowerbeds and this project is a wrap. Also included in this project was a full Wi-Fi automation, a 400,000 BTU heater and color led lighting.

We broke ground September 18 and had water in the pool by November 22. In just under three months we were able to turn this customers backyard into their own personal paradise. This is 100 foot radius, pool with travertine coping, glass mosaic waterline tile, two sheer decent water features, and a 10 x 10 tanning ledge. The interior of this pool has aqua blue mini pebble throughout. We also installed 1200 ft.² of concrete along with a gas burning fire pit. We had the pleasure of completing another full renovation in prosper Texas. Changing up the outdated coping tile and Plaster is just with this pool needed. We added charcoal, gray luder stone to the coping, some 1”x2” mosaic waterline tile and some beautiful white mini pebble plaster with glass beads added throughout the pool. We updated the water features as well as building the customer two separate outdoor kitchens to accommodate their needs for their commercial grade smoker.

We are making amazing progress on our pool build out in Van Alstyne Tx. From dig to plumbing, rebar and Gunite completed in just under 10 days. Stay tuned to see the tile and coping that’s being installed this week.

We have finished up another HOA pool in the town of McKinney TX. We installed Aqua white mini pebble and some iridescent glass trim tiles on all the steps and ledges to match the waterline tile. Adding a pebble finish to this heavily occupied pool will ensure that it looks amazing for years and years to come.

Today we shot Gunite on our pool build in Ponder TX. With just 7 days since we broke ground on the project, you could say we’re making great progress. Stay tuned this coming week we will be installing tile, coping and stone to the sheer wall.

Today we broke ground on a new build in Ponder Tx. This new build will boast some amazing features including a large 6’x12’ tanning ledge with 2 sheer decent water features along with tanning ledge bubblers and anchors for volleyball net. Travertine coping and 1”x2” waterline tile, gas fire pit and 1100sqft of concrete.

We were asked to take over this project in Frisco Texas, this was abandoned by a previous company. We were more than happy to take over the project and give the customers the backyard that they had wanted all along. We started by removing and replacing all the coping with white limestone. Wrapping the spa and water future with silver travertine ledge stone. Adding white 6x6 waterline tile and finishing off this project with Caspian Sea quarts plaster. We later came through and built a retaining wall behind the pool to help support and prevent future erosion of the soil behind the pool. We had the pleasure of completing this amazing full backyard renovation for a customer in frisco Tx. The pool was not stable and had shifted, causing the waterline to be off by 2 inches on each side. We foam injection stabilize the pool. Removed all the concrete decking which it also shifted and cracked overtime. By removing and replacing the Coping and the far skimmer we were able to achieve a level surface to start over with. New 6x6” waterline tile throughout the pool and 1x2” tiles in the spa. We removed all the original chop stone flagstone coping and we replaced it with a more modern silver travertine ledge stone and silver lueders stone chipping. Wrapping up this project with all new cement decking throughout the backyard and midnight blue mini pebble plaster, this backyard was looking amazing once again. We also removed and replaced the customer’s driveway and front entrance front walkway.

We started off our very first ever pool build in Frisco Texas. From breaking ground to rebar in just under two weeks. We are ready for belly steel inspection and gunite to be installed this coming week. Please stay tuned for more progress. In just under 14 days we finished up another amazing renovation in Little Elm this week. Removing and replacing all of the coping with tan lueder stone, expanding the coping to 24” wide on the backside and creating steps wrapping around the spa, making access to the spa more readily available. Removing all of the outdated flag stone and replacing it with a more modern travertine ledge stone really gave this pool the look the customer was wanting. We took away the original water features and replaced them with 3 shear decent water features. We added 6x6 tiles to the waterline and matching 1x1 tiles to the spa. Finishing off the renovation with some amazing aqua white mini pebble and glow in the dark rocks mixed in. Today we completed a pool renovation in Plano, Texas. With this project we adding four water futures to this pool along with some amazing glass mosaic tiles to the waterline. The customer requested that we raise the bottom of the pool from 8’ to 4.5’. We finished off the renovation with some beautiful aqua white mini pebble with blue glass beads and glow in the dark pebble. We completed a quick and simple replaster in frisco this week. Removing and replacing the plaster with aqua blue mini pebble. We also installed a safety handrail and re-colored the deck with tan cool decking. This really brightened up this backyard and gave new life to this backyard.

We completed another renovation in McKinney. This 150,000 gallon diving pool for an amenity center that needed a little face lift. We replaced all of the plaster in the pool with aqua white mini pebble and the steps and tanning ledge with sandstone mini pebble. Removed and replaced all of the plumbing fittings and drains with code compliant light gray. We also upgraded and replaced the wall steps as well as added five white LED lights. The pool is 12 feet deep. we will be doing the additional 3 other pools in the future.

We completed a renovation in The Colony Tx this week. This poor was in desperate need of a renovation as you can see from the photos. We started off with some beautiful glass-mosaic waterline tile. We also rebuilt the spa spillway an added, some Luder stone to the spa spillway top. We finished off the interior of the pool with some amazing aqua white mini pebble and added blue glass pearl along with glow-in-the-dark pebble. We also trimmed out the steps with some 1x2” glass tiles to outline the steps and seating. We are very happy with the transformation that this pool underwent.
