Some people may call this lazy, others might call this genius 👏🏼 Summer dinners may look like this from time to time. Easy clean up, teaches sharing, let’s them pick whatever they want (all foods fit), and they think it’s SO FUN. Highly recommend the snack plate dinner.

Note - The more nutrients we can get to our cells, the easier it is for our body to properly work and perform. In return, the easier it is for us to achieve our specific goal. When juicing, focus on greens & vegetables to keep the sugar content down and nutrient density up!
Today’s breakfast entails PCF balance - protein, carbs, fat, and fiber. Took me less than 5 minutes to make — simple, efficient, and effective 👏🏼
In home training can look a variety of ways! Today we had this sweet girl join her mama during the end of her workout for core and stretching.

What is your WHY? Why do you care about what you put in your body? Why do you want to lose 20 lbs? Why do you workout each day? Why do you want to control your blood sugar? Once you know why, go even further to ask why and see what your true motivation and determination is to get to your goals👏🏼

KEEP IT SIMPLE & JUST MOVE! You don’t need a fancy gym to get an effective workout in. Client workout in the backyard is more efficient with her schedule and just as effective. Plus what great company 😉😘

Too often we wait until things get to the point of “too far” before making time to commit to our health. Avoid an all or nothing approach - how about a something approach🤗 Do something today to bless your body. Move your body. Nourish your body. Take time to care for your mental health. Call a friend. Spend time in nature. Take your vitamins. Slowly these positive things become you finding your way to your genuine self and impacting your overall health🤍 Happy Friday. We got this!
