An important post today: So it’s no shave November again. This is my reminder to the men out there. You, your dad, your brothers and uncles. And for the women, it’s a message to you to lovingly nudge the men in your life, and to all of those that express and identify in between, remind the men in your world: Take care of yourselves.

Let’s get direct and weird about it. Adult men: If you have balls, check em for lumps. It’s easy. If you’re over 40, get your bloodwork done and screen for prostate cancer. If you’re 50+, do the colon cancer screening. (I legit am dropping off my p**p in a box today, no cap). And definitely, ALL OF YOU MEN, look after your mental health. Talk to someone. Give yourself grace and love. You’re worthy. You matter. And go drink some water. Y’all some thirsty MF’ers.

And one last thing fellas…..it’s okay if you leave the beard growing to those of us that actually know how to rock them. 🤣🫣

This Sunday, I’m bringing some music over to Bear Creek Distillery.
Kimani’s SunSets party is really nice. The staff there is incredible, and it’s away from the downtown/LoDo/RiNo parking mess. It’s more of a grown folk affair and I am super excited to bring out the deep cuts for this one.

This is an early event, starts at 5pm…so come thru for some Sunday Funday.

Hi y'all!! I took a couple of weekends off to rest after such a crazy June, but I'm back for a couple of really great shows this weekend.

On Friday night, I'm back as a special guest at The Meadowlark for the Soul 4 You party!! This is one of my favorite monthly parties in town, and it's always a treat to get to play music alongside Phil.I.Am. and Denver fave, DJ Miggy!!

We're doing all things Soul, R&B, Latin and Reggae....classics, new school, familiar faves and plenty of deep selections. It's definitely a party for the dancers, so come thru and get sweaty with us!

Another Summer of Love is upon us. Come see ya boy this month!!

I know some of my people just aren’t going to come see me playing at a bar, or playing anywhere out past 10pm. (🤣) I’ve accepted that and totally get it.

But I do also get asked if I ever play family friendly or earlier events. THIS SATURDAY EVENING, I’m doing just that.

Come see me at the Sun Valley Viaduct Night Market….right smack in the middle of Denver under the Colfax Viaduct. There will be lots of great bands and DJs, rows and rows of local vendors, tasty food trucks and it’s really a wonderful way to spend a Saturday evening and still get home early. 🙃

I’m taking my Members Only party to the oh so colorful Cap Hill on Saturday, November 26th. Parkers is in the old Tooey’s space at Colfax & Marion and the new staff is as excited as I am to do a deep dive into those wonderful 80s jams!!

My special guest this month is thee wonderful Ginger Perry!! Crazy to think, but her and I have never played together before and I’m super hyped to finally make it happen!

I’m eliminating the tickets for this pop-up and everyone gets in for free all night long!

This Saturday night, my musical partners are DJ RayRock and my bestie Mear and we’re excited to make everyone dance at the iconic and magical Mercury Cafe.

Tickets are still available online and any left over will be available at the door. The doors open at 8 and party starts at 9!

I’m thrilled to announce the next Members Only all 80s party is happening on September 24th at the iconic Mercury Cafe!! We’re taking over the ballroom upstairs and can squeeze in quite a few more people than before.

As always, I’m bringing out my fave DJs to keep the party rocking all night. For our Mercury Cafe kickoff, we’ll be blessed with the music of DJ RayRock and my PIC / bestie DJ Mear, and I’m sure I’ll spin some of my faves as well.

I’m keeping ticket prices lower (with no extra fees) at $15 and we’ll have some 80s inspired drink specials.
