Fried chicken using Pampered Chef Savory Maple rub.
1 1/2 cups pancake & waffle mix
2tsp cream of tartar
1tbsp Pampered Chef Savory Maple Rub
Salt and pepper
3 eggs
Splash of heavy cream.
Dredge chicken in egg and heavy cream.
Mix all the dry ingredients and coat chicken.
Fill the 10 or 12 inch Pampered Chef Cast Iron Skillet with 1/4 inch of oil heat until hot and fry chicken on each side (approximately 5 minutes each side) a few pieces at a time until cooked through.
