Thank you to everyone for your support and love. Xander is your new Little Mr Galaxy UK 2021/22. He managed to raise £100 for National Autistic Society and won the charity title as well as photogenic, best in evening and best in fashion. Yesterday he was given the title of Ultimate Grand Supreme Glitz Boy in the BFF pageant. We will upload his photos and his videos over the next few days 😊. We really need to get more boys in to pageants as this year and last it was just Xander and his brother king (is that the male equivalent of a sister queen? Not sure) Oliver taking part. It’s great for them to help them learn new skills and make lots of new friends # # #

GALAXY KIDS COUNTDOWN: DAY 3: My favourite queen/king.

This was such a tricky decision as I honestly love them all ❤️ Galaxy only pick the best of the best so all of their titleholders are amazing but I have to say my two Scottish sister queens Savannah- Little Miss Galaxy Europe and Sophia - Tiny Miss Galaxy UK. Also, my fellow king and buddy - Oliver - Tiny Mr Galaxy UK. I can’t believe there are only 5 days until I leave for Bristol to compete for the title of Little Mr Galaxy UK. I just wish us boys could go to internationals to compete in the main pageant Galaxy Pageants

Galaxy Kids 10 Day Countdown: Day 2: why galaxy kids?

I decided to compete in Galaxy Kids as it’s such a well known and reputable system. The Galaxy system sadly don’t have boys competing at the international finals but when I found out we could compete for the kids Uk finals I definitely wanted to. It’s such a fun system and I get to make so many new friends and have lots of great experiences. The Uk kids and Ireland director Kay Wookey is so kind and treats us all amazing also. GALAXY KIDS 10 DAY COUNTDOWN: DAY 1: INTRODUCE YOURSELF

Hi everyone, I am Xander Bayley and I’m your current Tiny Mr Galaxy Scotland 2020. I’m so excited to be going down to England to compete for the title of Little Mr Galaxy UK in just ten days time! I’m from Renfrewshire in Scotland and turned 7 yesterday. I come from a pageant family and my Mummy Sarah-Victoria Bayley and sister Emmany-Beth Bayley Miss Junior Teen Pageant Queen Finalist both compete in pageants. I love to dance and attend dance classes. I love pageants because I get to make lots of friends and have lots of fun raising money for charity. Our charity is the National autism society which means a lot to me because my sister and two of my cousins have autism. Kay Wookey, Jane Carchrie

It’s international Women’s Day and as a wee boy who lives with his mummy, granny and two big sisters I can say that most of my influences are women. I am only 6 years old but my mummy is choosing to challenge by teaching me that I have the same rights as women and they should have the same rights as me. I’m growing up believing that we are all equal. Pageantry is predominantly women and they are such strong and empowering individuals that mummy knows I’ll grow up learning great things surrounded by all of these queens.

P.s. mummy helped me write it but I told her why I think it’s important to celebrate women. Then I said “yes because I like to wear my dance dresses when I dance and I’m a boy but boys and girls can do the same things” 😂

Today is world mental health awareness day. If you are struggling with your mental health then please reach out to someone who can help you. Kids suffer from mental illness too. It’s important to talk to someone that can help you like a parent or teacher.

My parcel arrived with all of my amazing prizes! I am so lucky to be a part of the Galaxy family 🤴🏻 thank you so much to my director Kay and to all of the judges. I’ve not been too well so my photos are in my pyjamas but my mummy is going to take some of me in my suit in the next few days 💓

Thanks to my mum also for putting up with me constantly stressing and being sad when we couldn’t make it 😂 and to Xander’s sisters Emmany & Aaliyah who helped keep him motivated (and literally bribed him with staying in their room 😂) when he decided he wouldn’t do a video as he wanted to go to the event. Diva in the making 😂

Finally a HUGE thanks to our director Kay Wookey and to Rachel Excell for everything. It was a hard weekend for all involved and they worked tirelessly to sort it all out. We are so happy to be part of the Galaxy Kids UK family # #

I am so thrilled to say that Tiny Mr Galaxy Glasgow 2019/20 - Xander Bayley has won both titles of Tiny Mr Galaxy Publicity and Tiny Mr Galaxy Charity 🤴🏻 the two titles that were announced this evening. Not only is he now officially a part of the GALAXY KID’s family but he has also won a free trip to Crealy next year to compete in the amazing BFF pageant! Also super happy for our fellow Scots, Xanders sister queens Sophia (Bernadette Valentynne Haggarty) who won both the Tiny Miss Publicity & Charity and Lola (Sian Rybak) who also won the Pre Teen Charity 💓

Huge congratulations to all of the other winners (sorry I don’t have a full list who won) and to every single kid who has taken part and to their parents for doing such a fab job during all this covid stuff. I know we’ve all been a tad stressed 😂

Kay Wookey & Rachel Excell you have both been fab keeping us up to date with everything and accommodating our video entry etc.

The main age category titles get announced tomorrow. 🤞🏻

I haven’t told Xander yet as I want to do a little video of his reaction (hopefully he will have one 😂) like I did when he won the photo competition for the sponsored place in the finals.

My fav past or present Galaxy Queen:
Trying to select my favourite past or present Galaxy Queen was a very difficult task. As everyone knows, Galaxy only ever select the best of the best and therefore all of their queens and kings crowned are beyond amazing and always go on to do such wonderful things. I couldn’t pick just one so here are my two favourite queens. Emily McCall and Savannah Laird 💓

I’ve known both of these girls since I was a tiny tot (I’m only 5 now!) and my sisters and mum did lots of events with them. I’ve always wanted to take part in galaxy (even when I found out you didn’t win a chocolate bar haha) and was so happy when they won. Emily is such a lovely girl and always so kind to me. I took some modelling cues from her when we did a charity fashion shoot at Harley Davidson. She has been an amazing Jr Miss Galaxy Ireland. Sav is always so fun and sweet. I just loved walking in her “pretty in pink” fashion show last year. She took the Little Miss Galaxy Ireland title and went on to scoop the Europe title. Both girls did AMAZING at internationals and we are all so proud of them.

I can only hope that I am lucky enough to become a Galaxy Kids UK king and that I am able to withhold the title to the highest standard throughout the year and do them proud. My mummy might even buy me a giant galaxy chocolate bar if I’m good 😂
