Bauce Radio sits down with Ayana Thomas, Founder of Liberty Writes, LLC. & Cedric Ward, Founder of Alexander and Rai Enterprises, Inc., addressing the African American achievement gap facing systematic obstacles to getting good jobs. In this interview, we will be discussing the do’s and don’ts of resume writing, interviews and professional attire amongst African Americans. The Black Lives Matter movement is spurring discussions about racial equity in the workplace. Racism is deeply ingrained in our society – and as a result, it’s deeply ingrained in our workplaces, too. Organizations are discussing how to uproot systemic racism from the workplace.

Cedric Ward, became an educator in the Adult Educational sector. With his experience in education, he created a platform that allowed him to fully understand the lot of our community and the deficit that lingers when the community is not properly educated. Currently, I live in South Fulton, Ga where he is involved in community and political affairs. He also is the owner of Alexander & Rai Enterprises, Inc , where we provide educational services, construction trades among other things.
